The ladies at this smoothie king are so rude! I thanked the woman when she handed me my drink, and she said YEAH! My drink taste... horrible! Had to throw away a 12 drink! Never going to this one again. Read more

I recently received this place and was unhappy with the service. The management team reached out to me very quickly and was able... to solve my complaint. They were very accommodating and made my experience much better. The Manger Renee helped me through iswhole process and is the reason I will definitely come back to this smoothie king again. Bad service and attitude. Walked to the door 20 mins until closing and they gave me attitude informing me that the lobby closes... one hour prior to closing. Which is okay, so I went to the drive thru and he wouldn?t take my order despite it still being 20mins until closing. Will make sure to make the drive further to another smoothie king next time. I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes, asking ?hello?? several times with no response. The man in the car behind me went inside... to ask what the hold up was (no cars ahead), and the lady inside said ?I?m not supposed to be here/on shift anymore, so I?m nottaking orders?. Read more

I think it's ridiculous that you pay $8+ for a smoothie and 27 cents extra for an extra cup to ask them to split a 32 oz in... half, the cashier said it's against store policy. I've been their multiple times and they've done it for me. Then when I askwhat policy he shuts the window in my face. Rude! This smoothie king continues to go down hill. Updating from 4 to 1 stars. *** PLEASE DONT RESPOND WITH "Thanks for bringing this to our attention" *** Clearly this is... ongoing and you are aware. They used to be fast, but the crew that is there the last few Sundays I've gone have taken morethan 10 minutes per car. My first thought, ok they ordered a ton of drinks. Nope 1 drink each car. I sat for almost 20 minutesand there were 2 or 3 of us. The first time I noticed this, I sat for 15 minutes for one car with one drink. My hope of thispost is to notify management so that maybe some supervision can be done. I enjoy the smoothies but I'm not going to sit in line15 minutes in an off-peak time. Not to mention, it's not cheap, so expecting decent service shouldn't be toounreasonable. UPDATE: WOW - I just read the rest of the reviews - clearly management is taking this seriously. I went insidewhen we went back and asked why it was taking 15 minutes for 1 smoothie, and the guy behind the counter responded with "becausewe are too stupid to be fast" Then, i hear him to talking to a customer on over the speaker making animal sounds while the otherperson is trying to take the order. Every business right now is struggling to find good staff, but this is next level. Read more

This place used to be really good and quick. Within the last few months however, it has become very slow, cars line up around... the building and the wait time is sometimes more than 30 minutes to get a smoothie. The smoothies are not reliable any moreeither, one day a smoothie will taste good, order the exact same thing the next day and it tastes horrible, come on guys, you?vegot a great location and can make great smoothies, train your staff better!
