Churro shake was fine till I bit into a churro, terrible taste, old overused oil gushed out of it. Very bad experience

Customer service at this sonic was TERRIBLE and I've given it 3 different chances before I decided this. I understand people... have bad days. We pulled up to the drive thru and managers mic was on saying every cuss word in the book but not acknowledgingus. So we backed up to a parking spot. Still nothing after 23 minutes exactly and only 3 cars there. So I went and knocked onthe glass door and some young guy came out and I proceeded to tell hi. Everything that was going on especially the mic becausefamily role up there. And the manager lady come storming out the door acting like she wanted to fight me and everyone cusses andwe don't need yo service leave then white trash crackers anyway. ???? this place should be shut down and my daughter was cryingand my son was irate. Used the app to order half off drinks and the manager stated they shut down the app because they are closing in a little while.... I ordered drinks and not food and THEY still did not honor my app order. Needless to say, don't say you have the app and refuseto honor it. Read more

The worst service ever. Over 20 minutes in line and never got my order. When it finally came out it was wrong. Out of the four... or five times I've been to this Sonic they've gotten the order wrong at least three of the times. I ordered sauced jumbo chicken they came out cold. I asked for some fresh ones sauced. They send the same ones I sent back. They... just dropped it back in the grease. They was also unsauced. I also ordered a plain chocolate shake. It's comes out with whipcream. Sent it back they bring the same one back they just scooped the whip cream off the top of the shake. Read more
