I?m VERY disappointed in this sonic. Every time I go to this one, which is rare, my rt 44 drink is almost all ice when I ask for... LIGHT ICE. This happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Get with the program and know the difference between light ice and a cup full ofice with barely any drink. I live less than 2 miles away and even only sipping on it my drink was done by the time I was alittle more than half way home?.that?s 1 mile and my drink was gone??ONE MILE! Read more

I asked for a medium drink and got a 20 oz drink, I could have sworn that sonic medium drinks was more than 20 oz when I use to... work there. Also I got a small chili cheese tots and was given fries, I sent it back only to get a smaller size seem like forkids. Wow what an experience of a place I looked so highly of. Read more

Food took forever to come. took 55 minutes to get here. first one in the drive thru, left last. wrong and incorrect items,... TERRIBLE costumer service, rude attitude. would not recommend to anyone. save your money or go somewhere else! Read more

Service is pretty non existent in the mornings. When you can finally get someone to answer, you're looking at a 30minute wait... for your food. The workers clearly don't want to be there either. Read more

Worst experience every time I visit! The inconsistency in ?bags of ice.? I car hopped for 5 years at a different location-the... brand didn?t not tolerate not having a sense of urgency, out of products or ?choosing to not sell bags of ice at the moment.?The previous two times I?ve visited I waited 15 mins simply for a bag of ice. That the car hops are to bag anyway. So, that justtells me all I needed to know. The cost is already way to high especially to deal with a company that is inconsistent insupplying products for its customers. I will never Again visit this location. I will tell anyone who will listen to do the same.You all choose to not sell when it?s convenient-you don?t need to market yourself as a place that does so! Read more

Hey Sonic, I'm pretty sure that the maraschino cherry on top of your milkshakes should NOT HAVE PITS!!! This one tonight DID... have a pit and DID damage my husband's tooth when he bit it. Really disappointed this happened. Read more

Excellent service! I ordered before I left home w/ the Sonic app, followed the simple instructions & was greeted by a friendly... server w/ exactly what I ordered down to the # of catsup packets. Thank you Sonic! Edit to last post The last 3 app orders I'veplaced didn't arrive out to me on time; each time I had to press the button and ask for my order & not once was it hot;milkshakes & slushies somewhat melted. The only good of it was the staff was really nice. Read more
