I placed an order asked for my order to be a large and when I got my order they brought me a large tot and medium size drink.... The person who took my order even reapeated a large tot and drink when verify before I paid for it. Told them THEIR mistake andthey charged me a up charge fee for THEIR mistake. The Manager at this location would rather loose your business than give me a pennies worth of additional ice in my drink. I was... told that I would have to purchase any additional ice! Has ice become a valuable commodity???? I'm like.....YOU HAVE GOT TO BEKIDDING ME!!! EVERY restaurant in the USA gives FREE ice! I just wanted a half of a measuring cup! I ordered a Oreo sonic blast and they brought it to me with no Oreos in it. It had TINY sprinkles of Oreo in it. I?ve been to... other Sonic?s that put chunks of Oreo cookies throughout the container with whipped cream?.This location failed to do that.. They didn't answer drive thru speaker. Pulled forward a guy was talking to other car/s. Never came to my car and he walked out... and past me at least three times. A young lady walked by several times as well. I finally asked if anyone was going to help me.She's asked if they answered the speaker. I said no. She said just a minute ill get someone. She came back out with anothercustomer's order. As she passed by she said you can go to one of the pull up spots or go back through drive thru. We ordered a shake that they were out of. Someone came out to see if we would like something different, but we said there wasn?t... really anything else we wanted. No refund was offered, the girl said sorry and walked away. At that time we decided to try thesour patch shake instead of lose out on our money, so I called back on the speaker and said that someone had just come out tosee if we wanted something different and that we would. Our food came out with no shake. I called to inquire about it and theresponse was ?Yeah I put your order in already it will be out soon.? It wasn?t a new order it was part of the previous orderthat we had paid for. We?d already waited 15 minutes and another 5 for this shake so we left without it because one of thepeople in the vehicle needed to be at work. Disappointing. Read more
Service and food were good. They have car hop service to your car or truck or outdoor seating if the weather is nice and sunny... and you want to enjoy the outdoors.
