I'm very disappointed about the service I received this morning! The people in the drive thru handed me my pastries and then it... took another 5 minutes to get my drink, and that's after I had to ask the person standing there where my drink was. He hadalready put it in the counter to be handed out the window and it sat there for at least two minutes and everyone had walkedaway... I have had problems with this location before, they have horrible customer service, and paying attention doesn't seem tobe their strength. Read more
I frequent this Starbucks almost daily. I order the SAME drink but the taste of it is NEVER the same. I would think that they... have a formula sheet to follow. This is the closest one to my house so I come back. However, the drive through attendant (it?s always the same one I experience)... in the AM is incredibly apathetic. She could care less about the customers and most likely her job. She?s rude! She shouldn?t beinteracting with the customers! The drive-through line is stupid slow as well. Hire new people. Do better. The workers there couldn?t care less. I constantly get orders that literally say on the sticker what it is supposed to be in... them and yet they are still so frequently wrong. They don?t even have common courtesy or manners like smiling when you smile atthem or saying you?re welcome when you say thank you. Just an all around mood killer and waste of money.
