The lady at the drive thru window was rude af this morning. I don?t even see how she has a job there. I go to this location a... lot and this is the second time I have received horrible customer service by this same employee. My ham and cheese croissantswas frozen in the middle. I'm very disappointed about the service I received this morning! The people in the drive thru handed me my pastries and then it... took another 5 minutes to get my drink, and that's after I had to ask the person standing there where my drink was. He hadalready put it in the counter to be handed out the window and it sat there for at least two minutes and everyone had walkedaway... I have had problems with this location before, they have horrible customer service, and paying attention doesn't seem tobe their strength. Read more

I frequent this Starbucks almost daily. I order the SAME drink but the taste of it is NEVER the same. I would think that they... have a formula sheet to follow. This is the closest one to my house so I come back. However, the drive through attendant (it?s always the same one I experience)... in the AM is incredibly apathetic. She could care less about the customers and most likely her job. She?s rude! She shouldn?t beinteracting with the customers! The drive-through line is stupid slow as well. Hire new people. Do better. The workers there couldn?t care less. I constantly get orders that literally say on the sticker what it is supposed to be in... them and yet they are still so frequently wrong. They don?t even have common courtesy or manners like smiling when you smile atthem or saying you?re welcome when you say thank you. Just an all around mood killer and waste of money. I arrived at the place very stressed, I just got off work hoping to find good service at Starbucks's, it's Friday I wanted my... venti latte, I'm Hispanic keep reading and you'll know why I mention it, the person who attended me came out of a door (she hada hat and piercings in her mouth and nose, I never read her name) she never said hello, mumbled and very barely said ?how can Ihelp you?? she never asked my name for the order, I asked for a venti ice latte light ice, how apparently for her Imispronounced ?venti? she corrected me and I was like being serious? then she said my total was $5.68 and i proceeded to pay,when i raised my head to ask for my receipt she was gone, never came back, never said do you want your receipt or thanks or byeor have a nice day absolutely nothing , then they served my coffee quickly but with a lot of ice I had to ask them to removesome ice and ask for my receipt, when I said thank you she replied (barista) uuujjuuuu, bad experience I hope this changesbecause it is the 3rd. time it happens to me, I think it's because I'm Hispanic, I hope I don't come back, it happened to thislocation because it's the one on the way home Read more

I love Starbucks and I am an absolutely advocate, I've even done volunteer work with them when my dad was manager of a couple... stores, but these Starbucks employees are an equivalent to child's place. I always order ahead and this particular Starbuckscafe was closed, so I called to see if I had to wait in the drive thru and if my order was ready. You could hear a bunch ofgiggling and laughter in the background. They said "yes and that it wasn't ready." Which was fine, so we waited about 10 mins inthe drive thru and once we got our drinks and I ordered a bacon Gouda. My coffee was COLD and my drink wasn't even madecorrectly. I asked for extra whip cream and there was none AT ALL and to top it off my bacon Gouda WAS COLD. I would have given this place a one star but the guy that finally helped me was nice after waiting in an empty Starbucks for 5... minutes with no hello or acknowledgement of a guest waiting for an order. Water all on floor with no sign be careful... Read more
