The staff get all of the stars in this review, as they have always been wonderful and friendly. I used to be a daily regular of... this store, but I just can't justify it anymore. The quality of the product itself has taken a complete nosedive in the lastyear or so. I actually had to throw away my latest drink after only a couple of sips because it tasted like it had been made insomething that had mildewed. They also don't keep any sweeteners out anymore, either, which is mildly annoying, but somewhatunderstandable. All in all, there is a competing brand's store less than a mile away whose quality is fantastic, and that'swhere I'll be going from now on, or I'll just make my latte at home. I hope they go back to the way they used to be, because Ido miss the staff a lot. Read more
Always been a fan of Starbucks, recommended everyone I know and known, of course they all live it after they had a taste of it.
Store was locked but when I used the app it allowed in store pick up. The line was very long and moving extremely slowly. I used... the app and chose in store pick up to avoid or at least limit the wait. I didn't know the store was locked until my order wasready and I walked up and tried the door. The sign outside said drive through is open. That's it, not that the inside wasclosed, and I was parked around the other side of the building so I couldn't see what was going on inside. Never got my coffeebut, I waited in the drive through line for about 10 minutes and it never moved. Pretty bad experience. Would not recommendthis location. Read more
I have been frequenting this Starbucks for several years. Manager is not friendly and has never spoken to me. Staff is... courteous, thoughtful and friendly. It needs a manager who is thoughtful, friendly. and courteous. This store would have much.much more business if it had a compatible manager, with a great personality. I place my order on phone and it's done by the time I pull on. They only have 1 mobile order pickup parking spot, but this store... is really great for getting them in and out. I APPRECIATE THE EFFORTS. And if you frequent thus location enough, they'll evengreet you by name ????. I love this part. I feel like a person.
