I have come to realize the ONLY way to get your Subway correct is to be there while your order is being made. For some reason,... none of the employees know what 'toasted' means when it comes to carry out. Take time to train your employees at least to read. Read more
They were so rude to my husband when he came in to pick up our order. And they forgot to give him the chips. We paid more for... bottled drinks but still got the fountain drinks. Ggrr. Read more
If you pay attention to someone's order when it comes in maybe you wouldn't have a lower than average rating. We ordered the... sandwiches to be double ingredients, but the sandwiches are made regular and on top of that you didn't put cheese on a meatballsub of all the sandwiches you leave out one of the two things that go on a sandwich. The disrespect... You as workers do nothelp the franchise by putting as few ingredients as possible. It puts no more money in your pocket as a worker but here you areskimping for who knows what... I?m not sure how you can get an online order wrong when you are literally reading what the receipt says? this is the second time... I?ve gotten the wrong order. The first time was just little things but this time I ordered a spicy Italian and I got a turkeywith about half the stuff I wanted on my original sandwich.
