The restaurant was very nice looking and played good music. The food was okay not the best sushi I’ve ever had. The portions... are very small and kind of pricey for what you get. If you order the rolls make sure you order the chicken rice to fill you up.I had to add a lot of soy sauce to the rice because it lacked flavor. Overall the vibes was nice. Read more
Upon entering the restaurant my husband and I were immediately greeted by the hostess and seated. The ambiance and decor is... modern and sophisticated. Our waiter was nice, and someone was always coming by to refresh the water that they had place down atthe tables before the waiter arrived. There was a great selection of food and sushi, and they even offer a vegetarian page ofoptions. My husband and I each ordered our own sushi rolls (Shaggy Dog and Shrimp Tempura roll) and shared some chicken friedrice. Both sushi rolls that we ordered were delicious, although a tad less thick then every other sushi place we've ever beento. The chicken in the chicken fried rice was somewhat dry, and we needed to use soy sauce to give the dish a bit more flavor,but aside from that it was good. This sushi is straight FIREEEE!! We love going here weekly since they opened. Their appetizers, rolls, and drinks are delicious.... Our faves are Optimus, Godzilla and Millenial. You have to try the kobe hot rock that you cook yourself at the table and thekimchi brussel sprouts blew us away! The l&j loya with the Parmesan and jalapeño is so unexpectedly delicious too. You can’tmake a wrong move here and the restaurant is perfectly styled too, makes you feel like you’re downtown. Read more
