Better than the seasonless tacos on the opposite side, that location on Rayford, and has improved since I tried last year. But,... I have to point out - this is ridiculous of your employees; and as a franchise owner I?d be mad. The picture shows how manysauce packets were left over when I really only used 2 sauce packets on my two items. I ordered three but the french friesdidn?t need sauce. This number of sauce packets is absurd- sarcastically absurd. Thank me later. Oh, and pay closer attention toyour orders, because the 23 sauce packets do not make up for not including plastic ware, nor any napkins, in my bag. Overall it's way better than many other Taco Bell locations but still has room for improvement. The still sometimes mess up... Vegetarian orders and you have to remind them to give utensils with the order in drive thru. For some reason they think you caneat everything with hands. If you give them feedback they take it positively but still no visible actions either. Still I preferto order here as compared to the other nearby locations. Read more
I?ve been to this location a handful of times, but every time, I am helped by rude, unhappy crew members. There isn?t a single... pleasant moment when I'm being helped and asking for anything is a chore and a bother to anyone who works there. I get we allhave bad days, but every time I go in? I also found a bone in a Chicken Chipotle Wrap, but that isn?t really in their control. Read more
Breakfast is always great at TB. Staff was very kind. Will give 5 stars if they opened earlier than 9 for breakfast.
This Taco Bell is kinda wack. I ordered and was confused as to how I spent $15 but when I got home I realized they gave me 3 of... something I ordered 1 of. I mean I still ate it and it was good but it?s kinda weird how often this happens here. Read more
Couldn?t be worse if they tried. I have kept going back thinking it?s not possible they are that bad but they just keep getting... worse. This is the Mexican pizza they gave my wife the last time we went. Seriously zero caring or quality control. This is thestandard there. This isn?t a fluke. Tried online ordering and it was a bust!!! We thought the place that popped up on phone was the one in front of us. We ordered... it from their parking lot. Well we waited in line for 10 minutes for them to tell us we were in the wrong Taco Bell!! We decidedto just cancel order instead of driving across town. Read more
