Worst service there is. If I could give it zero stars I would. I was just trying to order through the drive thru and the girl... was so rude. Cut me off and tried to talk over me. Had a BIG attitude. Won?t ever come here again. I?d rather drive down theroad to another Taco Bell than to have another bad customer service interaction. Do better seriously. Read more

I was not greeted when I entered the restaurant and was asked if I needed something. When I answered that I'd like to place my... order, I was coldly told at the counter to order at the kiosk. First off I'm a customer, I don't want to order my own food!Secondly, my food and cup were brought out to me at the same time. So I had to either leave my food sitting alone on a table byitself, or carry all my food with me to go fill my drink. I'm a single woman traveling alone, I prefer not to leave any food orbeverage accessible to others! Third, I needed a receipt to submit for business purposes. The kiosk couldn't print a receipt, soI had to enter an email address. Just kind of put out with this trip. My meal was good and my order was correct, which it shouldhave been, they literally only had one job! Read more

This is the best TB in the area. Ive gone 4x in a 2wk period (wild freeze mania). My order is always correct and I always... experience good customer service. They move their lines very well.
