This vegan journey is a fairly new one for me and ummmmmm?..there?s a huge mental adjustment and taste grace that has to be... allowed. The burger was pretty good. This place is a real gem! The restaurant is super cozy with lots of comfy couches and chairs, and their food is delicious. It?s... 100% vegan, and they have a wide variety of foods, including a ton of bakery items, coffee, smoothies, burgers, fries, andavocado toast. They have lots of gluten-free options, both savory and sweet (the glutenfree blueberry scones are soooo good!!).The staff is really nice and attentive. Highly recommend this place! Vibe- Wisdom is a very nice, spacious spot with good vibes and a great atmosphere! There?s plenty of outside seating and plenty... inside as well. My favorite seating space was the bar top with the blue velvet bar stools. Customer service- Great! The younglady that took my order was very patient while I made my decision and the owner treated me to some menu items on my visit:) Food/drinks- I ordered the BBQ pulled sandwich, garlic fries, peanut butter cake pop, and the hot matcha latte Parking-It?s in a shopping center and there?s about 7 spots right in front of the building but plenty of other spots around. I wanted to try a new Vegan place and google brought me here. It?s a very cute cafe spot with indoor/outdoor seating. Very nice... ambiance with some customers a bit noisier than others but the music was relaxing. The staff were very polite! I ordered thePesto Fries (delicious) and Iced Pomegranate tea w/agave added (it tasted like flavored water - it may have been better hot butit was cooling on a hot Texas day) for dine in. On the way out, I ordered a jumbo fruity pebbles cupcake (it was placed sidewaysin the box) and the strawberry lemonade cheesecake (this does NOT look or taste like a cheesecake - I tried a small piece andthis was very wet/soggy and tasted gross. The layering is lemonade, strawberry, split cheesecake filling (I had mistaken thisfor cake filling) and a grainy/soggy crust. Delicious chick?n sandwich and pulled jackfruit sandwich. Sweet potato fries rule. The truffle fries just taste like regular... fries. They?re really good but I don?t taste the truffle at all. The absolute best crispy, spicy chicken sandwich I?ve ever tasted. Make note that this chicken is vegan and is packed with... flavor. Actually more flavorful than most of the chicken sandwiches I?ve tried at fast-food/restaurants around the Springarea. The employees here are super knowledgeable on the food offered here and have great recommendations to offer if you?re newto the bakery. Defiantly need to stop by and try their food! Wisdom Vegan bakery is singled-handedly the best splurge/ guilty-pleasure Restaurant in and around Spring, Texas or The... Woodlands. Plant-based and Vegans options can be found in almost every establishment in the area now, but having sampled mostover the last several years, Wisdom takes the cup! From savory lunch and dinner options to the most delicious, kid-craveddeserts, there?s something for everyone. The staff are always amazing and helpful with guiding the skeptic or uninitiated (I?vebrought several through their doors) to the right menu selections and their coffee bar and beverage options provide just theperfect finisher to a meal.
