Avoid this location at all costs. Took about 15 minutes to order. They then ask me to pull up and wait, ok, no big deal. I sit... there for over 20 minutes and no one comes out to explain the delay or bring my food. I eventually go in for them to explainthey had an issue with the oil and it should be 15 more minutes. I ended up just getting a refund as I didn?t trust the time nordid I trust the smirking kid in the kitchen who was laughing at the whole situation. This location is a joke. Read more

Absolutely WORST Cobb Salad I have ever gotten from here. 3 thinly sliced tiny pieces of tomato and 4 timy pieces of bacon,... along with crumbs of breading with nearly shredded chicken is not acceptable. This is the WORST Zaxbys location I?ve ever been to and I use to love Zaxbys. It was 3:30 pm Only 3 cars In drive thru and they... made every car pull over in parking lot. It took 35 minutes to get our food. We only ordered 2 Cobb salads. All the employeesstanding around in a huddle looking on there phones and congregating laughing as if they are Not even at work. The customerservice is PATHETIC!! We ended up asking for our money back after waiting so long. Sadly this is the way it always is at thislocation. The owner of this franchise should fire the whole staff because this place is a Disaster!! I?m NEVER going back tothis location and it?s 5 minutes from my home. 1st visit, 1:15pm on a Friday, 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru, ordered the Signature Chicken Sandwich combo - Spicy,... got to window, asked to pull up as order will be out in 2 minutes. 6 minutes later I walked into the lobby to see what happened.Employee stated still needs 20 second. Was offered a refund. Declined refund - did not visit for free food. Visited so I don'thave to cook. Handed order and left. Fries were cold as they were boxed ahead of time; little to no salt, oil wasn't burned sothat's a plus but not a good 1st visit experience. Chicken sandwich was disappointing; hot sauce instead of spices in thebeading or marinade, bland and boring overall. Best part of the sandwich was the bun; warm, soft, and spongy. Based on my waitduring an off-peak time and the quality of the order I received I have little interest on returning. They serve RAW CHICKEN!!!! This was my daughter?s order and she realized after eating 3 that something was wrong because they... were very chewy. Upon inspection, ALL of her boneless wings were RAW on the inside!!!! The manager only offered a partial refundfor the order. He then gave me a fake phone number to his district manager!!!! Corporate has been contacted and if no oneresponds, a lawyer is next. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!! Now I have to see how sick eating the raw chicken will makemy daughter. First time there. The staff was friendly and efficient. The Cobb salad was recommended so we got it. Choice of grilled or fried... chicken, we went unhealthy and got fried, since after all we were getting a salad! ???? It was good. With a soda the cost was$10 and my sister and I shared the meal.
