Order food online, gave them 15 minitues to make my food and still ended up waiting an extra 15 minitues. When they brough my... drinks they never tied the bag with the cupholder in it and didnt secure the lids on any of the drinks. Occasionally, I?ll stop here after work and pick up some dinner. I?ve visited about 4-6 times and every visit has been a... pleasure. I use the Whataburger app to order my meal, and then swing by to pick it up. The staff is always very friendly andrespectful; the food is always fresh, delicious, and quickly prepared. Read more
Stopped on my way home to get burgers. I guess they have changed the supplier for their HB buns. Both buns we're very thick and... dense. You couldn't even taste the burger for the bread. Won't be back anytime soon. Read more
Wow what a wonderful experience. We usually don?t go in to eat but decided to on this trip. Joe greeted us right when we came... in. Very pleasant and was obviously being the best at whatever his job is! So hard to find pleasant people in nice restaurantsmuch less fast food! There must be a global gravy shortage. The last couple of times I ordered gravy it was so watered down it was unenjoyable. For... the past couple of months this Whataburger has had problems. The previous time we ordered curbside here, they left out a kidsmeal. I should have checked better, but it was a large order and the number of drinks was right so I just gave it a cursorycheck. Today I had a relatively simple curbside order. A chicken strip combo and a Whataburger combo light mustard plus an extragravy. When the kid, and I mean kid, brought the order out I looked in the bag and there was no gravy. I sent him back in forthe gravy. Then I realized it was missing the fries. When he came out I sent him back. At this point I figured I was set. When Igot home I opened the chicken strips and there were no fries. Boy was I in trouble since I had eaten most of the fries in thebag on the way home... This is the first time I have ever received a chicken strips box without fries. Anyway, I started eatingthe strips. They were cold. Cooked, but cold like they had been sitting out for a long time. I mean cold. Same with the gravy inthe box. Cold. Also, instead of light mustard on my wife's burger it was like they put on extra mustard. Bad. I don't know,maybe they're hiring the stupidest high school kids available for the summer, but they need to fix it. At least the kid got towish me a blessed day 3 times. Read more
Terrible! I brought my 6 yo daughter through the drive through to get some dinner after soccer practice, ordered a junior... Whataburger with everything on it, got all the way home to find NO MEAT, NO BURGER on her cold bun with cold cheese and veggies.How can you miss adding the burger at a place that mainly sells burgers? My family stopped for lunch. My wife lived here 25 years ago and we came back to see her childhood home and visit family. My... first time and whataburger didn?t disappoint! The staff was very nice, the manager came over and visited and helped us. IfWhataburger is looking to expand north, Syracuse NY would be a good place ????????.
