We held our fundraiser here. Food was amazing. Deb and Jen were amazing, so accommodating, and made lots of suggestions that... we did not think of. Staff was very friendly. We had some planning challenges, and the weather did not cooperate the day of theevent, but everything worked out. We had a very successful fundraiser, and our guests were very impressed with the location. Wetook over every inch of their facility since we had such a turn out and were at max capacity. I recently had my baby shower at Spring Hollow Golf Club and it turned out to be such a beautiful occasion. The staff was... lovely, the food was excellent and the venue was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highlyrecommend Spring Hollow for any occasion. Debbi was so wonderful to work with during the planning that everything seemed stressfree. Top notch golf course in excellent condition and a lot of fun to play. Many different types of holes and a real challenge.... Played 18 holes in 3 and a 1/2 hours, can't beat that! Kudos to the maintenance crew!! Read more
What a wonderful venue for a wedding! Our son?s reception went on without a hitch. From the cocktails to the dinner with large... portions & ice cream bar- everything was delicious and served and presented by a great, well organized staff. My sister just got married here this past weekend. When she originally started the wedding planning process she was with... another coordinator who unfortunately left during the pandemic. Wishing they just gave her deposit back. My sister had signeda contract with the other coordinator before she left. When Debbie came on she brought my sister in and insisted the pricing waswrong and tried to say she should be paying more. Our aunt, mom, and brother-in-law have all been present for theseconversations. Every step of the way it was a challenge for my sister who has cried more times than I can count due to Debbie(the way she has spoken to her and how unorganized she is). Jen is for sure the saving grace there and should be the only onedealing with customers. Day of rehearsal Debbie was sitting on the patio while Jenn was the only one helping with the run ofshow. The next day, day of the wedding we see a man upstairs while we are getting ready. Girls were changing into theirmatching pajamas and everyone was extremely uncomfortable. I called Debbie who told me it was her dad, the owner. She told mehe was doing billing, would be done in an hour, and to close the door to that area of the suite. I had told her my sister hadpaid for this space and was supposed to have it to herself. Also noted we were getting ready and it wasn?t appropriate. SheSCREAMED at me and told me to close the door. This was on speaker and the bride, wedding party, and hair/make-up artists (who doweddings for a living and said they have never seen anything like this before in their life) couldn?t believe how she wasspeaking. There wasn't a wedding there the night before of the day after. Wondering why anyone would think it?s appropriate tobe in the same area women are changing and getting ready. I hosted the first annual BigGuyFlys beef and beer and I couldn?t have chosen a better place! The team at Spring Hollow was... FANTASTIC!! Debbi and Jenn are a well oiled team! Chef prepared THE BEST a food? my over 200 guests couldn?t have been moresatisfied with the food and drink? SO TASTY!! The serving staff and bartenders were ON POINT too!! We were originally going tohave some of this event outdoors? then the hurricane remnants hit our area the day of the event?.
