Ordered a BLT; not only did it look like it'd been sat on, but also only half of my sandwich had lettuce...and it BARELY had... any, at that. Additionally, my fiance ordered the Pepperoni Pizza hot sub...and they did not include the sauce on the sub. Justextremely disappointing. I was already disappointed because the cashier kept dragging our items through some red, stickysubstance that was on the counter (even though I made it a point it move the items out of the substance). I went to this Wawa today because I had a coupon for a hand crafted 16oz iced or hot beverage from spending 50$ (I am a regular... customer). I went and ordered the drink and was having trouble checking out at the register. The gentlemen checking me out askedfor his manager. When the manager came over, she told me that I ordered the wrong thing. I am not new to Wawa and have gottenthis reward before and ordered the same thing. I asked her what the right thing was and before I could finish my response, shecut me off and again told me that I did not order the right thing. Not trying to hold up the line, I just paid for the drink andalso lost my coupon because I did not want to get talked down to again by the manager. So not only did I lose out on a freedrink, I had to pay for one that I was not supposed to have to. I really enjoy going to Wawa and eating the food, but I will notbe returning to this location and maybe not your business in general. It's not about the 10$ but about the service I was given.Please fix this for future customers. Read more
