I ordered some pizzas for a pickup here. It was a little greasier then I'm used to but otherwise it was hot, fresh and tasted... great. The service was friendly. I'm not a huge fan of its location for picking up. It's a small, oddly placed parking lot thatwas crowded with people hanging out on the tailgates when I was there. I've only eaten here the once so I'll have to update if Igo again and the service changes. I can't comment on phone deliveries that many seem to be upset about, as I never place phoneorders. Their app was not working and provided you with a phone number witch was fine but then when i called the number no one was... answering so i called the gas station it was in and he said he could hear it ringing but no one was answering i came to thestore and the phone was still ringing there was a good 3 employees standing around not answering the phone plus i had to wastegas to come over here to find out there just being lazy Read more

We?ve tried to place orders both over the phone and online on several separate occasions. The online service has been down for... quite some time. While it has become obvious they are dodging calls to avoid working. As a person that has worked in customerservice and fast food I tend to give the benefit of the doubt. It?s not an easy job but builds character if run correctly. Yetthis establishment has to be one of the worst I?ve come across. I?d be one thing if the food was bad but honestly, good luckeven placing an order or even talking to a human being. If dominoes wants to have a stake in this town (which it should) findingnew management should be of top priority. Seriously, I have never experienced such an unprofessional set of circumstances. Switch review filters to ?newest? and heed the warning of all the negative reviews coming more recently. I have always received... friendly service. The employees I?ve interacted with are all nice and professional. The only time I have good luck food wise isif I order later in the evening. But most of the time I can tell my food has been sitting under a warmer or it?s overdone. Thethin crust pizza is like bread chips with a topping. The pizza tracker always says it?s done after a few minutes but then takesforever to get here. So either they?re not accurately recording their time for the tracker, or it is accurate and it likely issitting under a warmer for 45 mins to an hour. I can understand that Spring Creek is a fairly large territory for one store todeliver to. But they need more payroll hours for delivery drivers if that?s the case. Tonight has been the worst service I?vegotten however. Called twice with no one answering the phone. Only called bc the app says it is not connected to the store. Ihave heard from others that they are not great about answering, hang up, etc. Now I believe them. Read more
