Being that it was a Monday morning and Noone else was open. We thought we would check out the reviews. They all had pretty good... things to say. So why not give it a shot. At first we walked in and the owner right off the bat had a witty comment. I thoughtthis is the place for me. We ordered our food and they jumped right up to make it. On a recommendation, we flew to Lone Rock specifically to eat at Sam's Diner. I had the vege omelet and my friend had biscuits... and gravy with hashbrowns. Both were delicious. The service in this small, local, homey diner was great, friendly, andwelcoming. As we were leaving, we each were told to take a flower from a can of flowers. We did. We will be back. Read more

I've been to a few of the airport diners in the area but Sam's is my favorite. The food is great, it's fair priced and the... service is spectacular. Don't wait for hours at some of the more well known restaurants for mediocre food, come on out toSam's for better food and great conversation. And they love Pacers, so they're alright in my book. Food was delicious!! Had the sloppy Joe with onion rings on a pretzel bun! Mickey mouse pancake was perfectly fluffy! Pretzel... sticks with cheese sauce was devine!! Pecan bread pudding was warm and melted in your mouth! Had carmel aople pie with whipcream so delicious! And pumpkin pie was superb! And had great customer service! Cant wait to come again! Read more
