We went to Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins my wife got a scoop of strawberry and a donut we were getting milkshakes. The cashier gave us... the donut but said oh its Baskin-Robbins policy not to give the customer the product till its paid for I have always got myorder in hand and then paid but not tonight. Was absolutely disappointed in how I was treated when I came in I asked for 2 scoop vanilla with chocolate drizzle and... strawberry or cherry and just got vanilla ice-cream then I got a banana split when asked what toppings I wanted I asked whatthey had and the lady just waved her hand over the topping like they spoke them self or something couldn't even tell me whattopping they had very very disappointed wouldn't recommend to anyone Read more
What happen to Baskin-Robbins? No more 31 flavors...I went to get a classic banana split and they don't even have the Strawberry... or Pineapple toppings. I'll never go to another Baskin-Robbins again. Read more
There ok but when I ask for either a 2 scoop or 3 scoop bowl I don't want anything less.. If u understand my drift. ????
After waiting 10 minutes in line to be served I was told the computer system had to update and they wouldn't be able to serve... me. I wish they would have told me before I waited , but I understand Things happen. What upset me in this whole matter is sawpeople come in after me and watched them be served through the window. What a horrible place. Thought 31 flavors... Um nope just 16 of which one had hair in it. Thought employees were supposed to... wear gloves when handling food. Apparently not here. And no hair net and some curly black hair flowing around after he fussedwith his ball hat. Employees seem to not be informed of what items are for sale here. Seemed lost when she told me shakes were10 each. Kinda sad, used to love going here but it seems it's time to move on. And take a gander at what 3 ish inches of solidice looks like in the ice cream display, hmm maybe time to defrost just saying. Read more
The food was okay. We tried the new cookie butter cold brew coffee and donut. They had more maple than I anticipated. The... hashbrowns were oily and soft. None of it was bad, but we probably won't be back for awhile. Also, none of the workers seemedhappy or anything. Very tense atmosphere. Read more
