I would give this establishment 0 stars. I ordered 2 subs and 2 fries for delivery. Once I received the order I realized the... subs were completely wrong and I was missing an order of fries. I drove all the way across town waising money on gas to have myfood remade.The owner was very confrontational and tried to intimidate me he suggested I was being unfair and that some how thedoor dash driver was to blame.(the driver isn't the one making the subs). He remade the food asked multiple times what wassupposed to be on the subs we informed him several times. I recieved the new food and noticed he did not put ranch on the newsandwich like I had ordered both times. He then proceeded to get loud with me and demand I pay for the ranch. His whole stafftried to blame the door dash driver again for the incorrect food. I'm sorry but the door dash driver did not add or removecondiments on my subs. This is the 2nd time I have had to do this. I love the company Charley's but this location is a joke andthe owner is the primary reason. Please do not waste your money here! I know I wont! Read more
I ordered a chicken teriyaki and with no tomatoes, because I?m allergic, and only one has tomatoes, and one doesn?t, I also... asked for a large fry and did not receive , when you call the number it goes straight to voicemail, the bag the food came inwas greasy on the handles , so now it?s a waste of gas and money to go back Read more
