I would give this establishment 0 stars. I ordered 2 subs and 2 fries for delivery. Once I received the order I realized the... subs were completely wrong and I was missing an order of fries. I drove all the way across town waising money on gas to have myfood remade.The owner was very confrontational and tried to intimidate me he suggested I was being unfair and that some how thedoor dash driver was to blame.(the driver isn't the one making the subs). He remade the food asked multiple times what wassupposed to be on the subs we informed him several times. I recieved the new food and noticed he did not put ranch on the newsandwich like I had ordered both times. He then proceeded to get loud with me and demand I pay for the ranch. His whole stafftried to blame the door dash driver again for the incorrect food. I'm sorry but the door dash driver did not add or removecondiments on my subs. This is the 2nd time I have had to do this. I love the company Charley's but this location is a joke andthe owner is the primary reason. Please do not waste your money here! I know I wont! Read more

The sub and wings were terrible and they tried to steal 30 dollars from me. I gave them a fifty for a 19.94 order and got a... dollar and six cents back. I had to talk to three different people before they gave me my money back. Never again will I eatthere. Read more
Absolutely horrible. I ordered delivery and when it arrived, half my order was missing. I tried calling the restaurant to... replace the missing items or at least get a refund and their phone kept going straight to Voicemail. I had to drive across townand go to the store just to be able to talk to someone. Once there the solution I was given was "we will make it up next time"and here's $6 out of the register to "refund" the items.. This store should feel very fortunate to receive the one star I mustprovide them to leave this comment. Cause truly they deserve none. Read more
