When an experience is so poor that it pushes you to write a review? that?s BAD. We were seated pretty quickly, in a section... that supposedly was going to get us served faster. Waitress seemed stressed. We waited an hour for our meals?.Our Party of 4ordered simple items like French Toast and omelettes. When the food finally arrived, one order was not made. No realexplanation, no manager approached the table. The waitress let us know she removed the item from the bill. I should hope so? wedidn?t GET IT ! The waitress just seemed defeated as this is the norm. I had been to this location 2 years ago and had a similarexperience with a ridiculous wait time over a waffle order and was told the ?waffle iron wasn?t turned on yet? and that seemedlike a valid explanation for waiting 45 minutes for a waffle. Never again! Basically this is an outdated chain restaurant withlack of proper kitchen staff and poor management which leaves the wait staff to get the complaints and embarrassment. My husband and I stopped in for a late dinner. We were greeted by Gary (big poppa) and he seated us a few minutes later. He has... a great personality, he's funny, kind and service was quick. Coffee was hot and Gary knew the menu and helped us order what wewanted for the best price. Food was delicious. Read more
Amazing service from Allison! First time here and she made us feel super welcomed. She also was very attentive and checked on us... many times to make sure we were good, got us refills, and just made it a great experience. Great prices and food as well. Willdefinitely be back:) Read more
Stopped in on a whim, hungry, and even though it was 11:00, wanted a little breakfast. Hadn't been to a Denny's in ages and... since we were right there... Although staff was friendly, the whole experience was not worth the price. Waited to be seatedand then, apparently the hostess proceeded to tell us how busy she was and how restaurant had her doing everything. Not cool,when a simple apology for taking a few or not acknowledging us right away would have been sufficient. After being seated, shedid ask if we wanted anything to drink, and it was a few minutes until our server came over greeted us and again told us howbusy she was. It took a few minutes to get our order and bring coffee. Consolation was that it was fresh, hot and actuallyvery good! After taking our food orders, she came back and told us that the kitchen was backed up and it would be 25 minutesuntil we would get our orders. when we got our food, while my husband's food had team coming off of it, mine was at best tepid. Later came to find out that it was only his hash browns that were hot! His pancakes were ice cold, like they'd been pre-madeearlier. Shame on you, Denny's! Read more

Delicious, quick, and I love the service here! Had the Ultimate Omlet and Pancakes. I have zero complaints and server/host Gary... is a sweetheart. His service is great and he's on top of things; had us all squared away and with some zinger jokes, too. Willcertainly be coming back! Read more
Food tasted great but service was awful. My husband and I came in, several employees walked past but no greeting or... acknowledgement. We were seated about 5 minutes later. Hardly anyone in the restaurant yet waited over 40 minutes to get ourpancakes and eggs! Read more
