Placed an order online and IMMEDIATELY got a call from the store manager saying that they had 4 deliveries in front of me and... only one driver for the night and that it would be a two and a half hour wait. Spring Hill is a very small area and I used todeliver pizzas and it would never take me two and a half hours to deliver 5 orders. I questioned it and was told that it wasbecause of only having one driver. I'm sorry but that's not a valid explanation based on my previous experience and I deliveredin a much much larger radius when I was living in Orange Beach Alabama. For crying out loud one of my deliveries would have beena 45 minute drive into Florida and I had to keep the pizza hot. But here in Spring Hill the other Domino's is located on Marinerand helps cover the wide range. I know that they have a smaller delivery range here because I interviewed at that store a fewyears ago and they showed me their delivery range was very very small. Again this is not something that would take two and ahalf hours for one driver. I asked the manager if I could just come pick it up and he said that they were not allowed to unlockthe doors after a certain time of night. Again, having worked at a dominos before, I know that we could bend the rules to makeup for our errors and actually, dominos chain has always strived to make the customers happy. Clearly this store doesn't operatethe same... He had already made up his mind that he just wanted me to cancel my order, so that's what I did, because what otherchoice did I have? Absolutely ridiculous. And my orders in the past fron this location are usually consistently messed up:smushed, overcooked, forgotten toppings, etc. Usually if a location has this many issues with keeping staff on hand, it's not an"employee shortage" it's a managerial issue. I will never go back to this domino?s again. Placed an online order for carry out. It took ten minutes for it to be ready. Which... ended up becoming and hour with no food. Yon paying for my order in cash they couldn?t brake my 50. Understandable I left tobrake it else where. Then attempting to pay a second time. They couldn?t give me my change back. With the 30 dollars I gave theminstead. Turning into a huge inconvenience waste my gas and time. Do not recommend this place at all. Read more
The best pizza in town. Always hot and delicious. The prices are great too. The delivery men are so nice one even chased and... caught my dog for me cause he ran in the street and it was raining hard. He stayed till he caught my dog. Great people. Thankyou. Read more
Ordered online and paid online. During pickup was charged a second time. I did receive a refund for the one I paid for instore.... But there was no apology for the mistake and did not offer to comp or give a coupon for another visit. Will not return to thisdomino's us19 in Spring Hill. Read more
