If I could give zero stars I would. This morning my husband and I ordered a caramel blast and a caramel coffee they added no... caramel at all. My husband went inside and asked if they could remake it. The manager had an attitude and gave him a cup ofcaramel and told him to just pour it in. I will NEVER come back here. I want to buy 2 cups and she wanted to charge me for the coffee and when I... ask for ice on the side che want to charge me as well and I was not taking to her at all and every time I talked to the oneperson how was helping me and the boss just keep yelling so I lift everything there and walk out . I ordered a coffee and I requested almond milk which I had to pay extra for the item. Which should have come with my coffee... since I do not drink it black. The sugar free almond syrup was good which I did not have to pay for. The person that helped mewas very pleasant. Read more

This place is garbage. They have a whole staff in there that can?t even run the place efficiently. The food quality is awful.... The drinks are always awful. My sandwich and the bag had avocado spread all over it and I didn?t order anything with avocado.The hash brows I ordered were mashed potatoes in the bag and when I went it they still couldn?t get it right. Yup it's turning just like the rest of the places around here .Into trash.Ive been coming here since July 2021.A few okay the... short girl with red hair who was my personal favorite employee quit due to the disrespect of management and being embarrassedInfront of customers..Today I went in as I do every morning and the young kid told me he would no longer be working there andwould love if I came to see him at his new job and to bring my son .He wrote his number down on a paper and asked another girlto attend to the customer that just walked in .Well she started carrying on about how maybe instead of giving out his number andtrying to get a girlfriend .. Hilarious she sounded so unprofessional and quite frankly a little upset all while the customerstood there and waited ...The manger was sitting at the table with some lady with red hair and she starts raising her voice fromthe table "Jon you have a customer waiting".funny thing is that when the line is out to the door every morning and his the onlyone taking orders and making coffee ,he never complains.. Dunkin management team there should all be fired ,and owner of thatbuilding should be too.The disrespect of the staff from one to another ,infact Cody once called the girl slow and that sheshouldn't be working here. one or two staff members seem to have sudden out burst and carry on Infront of patrons , complainingabout other employees to patrons ..Yup looks like I'll be visiting another Dunkin..Dunkin should be ashamed of this location andit's operating management. I normally go to other Dunkin Donuts as this one's not on the way to work or home however I was out this way today and decided... to stop by and get a dozen donuts. I have a card that allows me to buy half a dozen and get a half a dozen free so for under $6I get a dozen donuts. And while that price is kind of high it's a pretty fair price compared to anywhere else you get a dozendonuts from. The donuts were fresh and tasted good however there are sortment of donuts has greatly decreased. They no longercarry my favorite which was the chocolate frosted cake donut. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. My suggestion wouldbe that they label the specialty Donuts that are not included in the regular Donut price because when you're ordering yourdonuts and you're picking them out there's nothing to differentiate between the two.
