My boyfriend and I sat at the bar on busy night. Our server and bartender was Andy. We had an excellent time. He was attentive,... fun, and threw out some great suggestions. He recommended the Castaway Cocktail and I?ve definitely found my go to drink fromnow on. Despite it being busy Andy made it a point to make sure we were taken care of. No less than 6 tables sent their food back including us in a matter of 10 minutes. Asked for medium and it was like they threw... it on each side for 30 seconds, inside was raw. When we got it back there was this weird spicy saice on it. I couldn't eat it.No manager ever came to apologize for the food like they normally do. The server kept disappearing, blooming onion was gone bythe time we got sauce for it, she placed hot plates and knives right in front of a two year old, had to keep moving things. Shewas quiet as a mouse and very hard to hear when she did bother to show up. Been going to Outback forever and the portion sizeshave gotten really small and the prices going up. The sweet potato and mashed potatoes were about half of what they used to be.We asked the waitress when we arrived if they had walkabout soup and instead of saying I'm not sure what that is here is what wehave she said no, another waitress was telling her table the soups and we heard the creamy onion. It was always called walkaboutbefore. The whole dining room was full of unhappy customers tonight. We will to other restaurants. Read more

Had dinner and drinks. Prime Rib and Steak were excellent. Best Long Island Tea in our area. Absolute Best server I've... encountered in years. Ann Marie was professional, courteous, and so efficient. Kept checking on us to make sure all was well. Kept water filled, She was fast without making us feel rushed. She is really a top professional. She could teach others how tobe a better wait person! Read more

We have eaten dinner at this location the past two Mondays. The food is delicious, well prepared and consistent. Our waitress... Annette was friendly, and very attentive, she was our waitress both weeks. We had a lovely conversation with her. We left withour stomachs full and not a huge dent in our bank account. This was the 1st time I've eaten at outback in years! It was so good. The service was on point. Salad and food came out in a... timely manner. We really enjoyed our visit. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. I recommend going to this location. Read more

Andy is amazing. Noticed us waiting and seated us himself, gave great suggestions, very timely service. He also made his own... special sauce for is. Blooming island. Make sure to ask for it. I am not sure why outback has not ran with this recipe. We triedit on the salad, burger and as a fry dip. Perfect combination of sweet and savory with a little kick. Read more

I had such a horrible experience the last time I came to this location (about a year ago). Unfortunately, it spanned from order... with the takeout server to the inedible food, to the manager who agreed with my issues, then handed me 4 coupons for freebloomin? onions (we don?t Iike them; sacrilegious. I know). This was the compensation for $100+ takeout order that was missingitems and included wrong items and other items that were cooked so poorly they weren?t edible. The reason was because they wereslow and closing the kitchen early. I get it. But at least replace the meal that was so messed up and ultimately wasted. Ididn?t think I would ever come back. But I came with a group, so not much say in the venue choice. ANDY, you have redeemedthis place. I will be asking for Andy and only Andy. He was attentive, patient, kind, funny, proactive, responsive, and greatwith my kids. Never had to ask for a refill on drinks, bread or napkins. Thank you for embodying how someone in the hospitalityindustry should treat people. Shout out to the chef, REESE. He put together a special order salmon dish that was cookedperfectly. Also, my daughter?s steak was a perfect med rare. You made our night! *See pics I know this is a hard time for theworkers in this industry. You are short staffed and abused by patrons without empathy for the challenges of your job. I enjoyedmy meal and the server who was such a delight. To be quite honest this was a big disappointment. The manager seems to be unqualified for the position she holds. She is running... the place by the seat of her pants. The night we visited two large parties came in at the same time. One party of eleven wasseated at 5:40 pm and we arrived at 5:20 and we're finally seated at 5:45 pm. The first party also celebrating a birthday wereserved their food and was in and out within 90 minutes (1 hour/30 minutes), our party of thirteen celebrating a birthday wasthere closer to three hours. The main issue seem to arise because the hostess assigned our wait staff additional tables whichwere given priority over us. Working in food service and as a former restaurant manager and owner I was appalled. Being seatedat 5:45 pm we should have immediately had our drink orders taken and even perhaps selected our appetizers, but no they let ussit there for additional 50 minutes before taking drink order at 6:39 pm and they arrived at 7:19 pm (40 minutes later), thebartender was not that busy, believe me we pay attention to such things. Our appetizer orders were taken around 6:10 pm andarrived around 6:45 pm. Our food order was taken at 7:10 pm and arrived at 7:40 pm. When the food arrived it was ice cold andthe asparagus was way overcooked. We told the waitress that and we sent our plates back, however they nuked the plates and sentout the same overcooked asparagus. Showed us total lack of customer care when it came to food preparation. We called the managerto our table three times. The first time she assured us we would be taken care of and however obviously she never oversaw ourorders through the kitchen. The second time she said she would make it right and lastly she credited us for one meal on most ofthe other table tickets and comped the appetizer and offered free dessert to the birthday boy.
