Always fresh, fast abd friendly staff. I think the portions for dining in are larger than their take out. Especially for pick 2... half salad and bowl of soup. Read more
Butter from out the fridge and you have to put it on yourself. Why did I tip $2?
I ordered bread bowls for pickup and when I got them home they were just thrown in a bag where any other Panera I've been to... they've been wrapped in paper. When I went to use them right after I got home they weren't even cut open and they were hard as arock! I had to throw all four of them in the trash. I received an email wanting a review and stated all this and heard back froma manager stating that he wanted to send me a $12 gift certificate and I sent him my information and I still haven't receivedanything and it was well over a month ago!!! I will never go back to this location even though it's only a couple minutes frommy house. Horrible customer service! Read more

I ordered the French onion soup which was delicious but I also had the steak and white cheddar sandwich for the first time and... it was dry and lacked flavor. I will continue to order my usual, avocado chicken sandwich. I always enjoy their lattes andbakery treats. Read more
Very disappointed in my broccoli cheese bread bowl today, I got home with my bread bowl poured the soup into the bread bowl and... there wasn?t even enough soup to cover a quarter of the bottom of the bowl. The bread bowl was so hard you couldn?t even breakit apart. Soup was cold. Read more
