Thank goodness we have a Tropical Smoothie cafe up here now. This SK is worst Smoothie King in the entire State. They have... purposely had their mobile ordering app disabled for their store as well as locking their lobby for the past 3 weeks. Also thephone has been off the hook. That?s right, for over 3 weeks. I have reported this store?s deficiencies to SK corporate. Hopefully we can get a new owner up here that actually wants the store to be successful because this store is an absolute joke. Read more
I go to this place all the time this morning I wanted to go pick up a protein drink and order it before I got there and the... website was not working so it was OK I decided just to go there in order as I got there at the drive-through window there was anote staining that they were renovating inside but the drive-through was still working Which I felt they meant that they weregonna still take orders through the drive-through I waited 10 minutes after that I decided to call the place and the phone isbusy and made about 10 phone calls got up to the windows not and nobody was there a very very big disappointment they shouldmake things a little bit clearer Read more
The staff and smoothies are great. Usually stop on the run. Always courteous and helpful while delivering a great product.
Zero star worthy. Smoothie tasted like Windex chemical glass cleaner. Wife said the same. Tossed them after initial sip and wont... be back. Worst smoothie experience yet ???????????? Read more
Just visited for the first time, staff was great with suggestions. Was split between two different shakes. Ended up getting both... :) The Surf and the Immune Support. Was even given a free cup for my daughter with some of the Surf. My wife, daughter, and Iloved both flavors. The pretzels were great as well. Will definitely come back more often. actually liked the atmosphere, mighteven come and bring my laptop with me and do some out of office work there. Loved it. Read more
My family and I tried out the new Smoothie King on Mariner near Spring Hill Dr for the first time. Amazing staff! They were very... friendly and helpful and made sense of the menu which really helped decide the right choices for us. The place was clean andwell organized, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked and the smoothies were great. I had the Banana Boat with peanut butterand it was REALLY GOOD. My wife had the Berry Blast and it was tart but delicious as well. Overall I have to give this a high5?++. We will definitely be back here again soon. Read more
I have been waiting for a Smoothie King to open in this county for years and now we have one! Smoothie King does great at... supplementing weight loss. Years ago I lost about 75 pounds and was drinking Smoothie King smoothies as a meal replacement. Iwill say this new location needs to learn to fill the cups. If I pay for a large smoothie, I don't want a 1 inch gap at the top.I didn't complain at the store or take a star off the rating because it is the first day and they are likely just still figuringthings out. We got three smoothies though and they all taste great. Although the drive thru wasn't fast, it was as expectedconsidering they make all the drinks as they are ordered. The customer service was good. The guy at the drive thru window wasnice and courteous. 10/10 would go again. It would be fantastic if they started making smoothie bowls. We really need asmoothie bowl and fresh food or poke restaurant in Hernando County. Read more
