The young man at our counter today his name was Angel. He did a spectacular job of making the sandwiches that we ordered... today. However he was the only employee in the entire store. At lunch. The manager walked in and saw the line of six people gota cup and left. I suppose the only real question is does the young man behind the counter have a Servsafe license since thathe's alone? There was only one person working and we were the only customers in the store. The girl was very intelligent, talked to us... about our order and trying different combinations of toppings instead of our same old same old. Subs were interesting anddelicious. We'll do that again. This subway is highly unorganized and run by careless employees. Each and every time I come to this subway, there is an issue... with my order. I typically order online to pick up and every single time my order is not ready by the estimated time and I endup standing inside and waiting for them to prepare my order instead. Today they were out of the majority of the bread, includingthe bread i put on my order, out of tea sweet and unsweetened, the cookies, etc. They always prepare the orders of the walk-insbefore the online orders and today I had to wait for 10+ people to have their orders made before mine was even thought about. Iam deeply disappointed by the customer service at this location as well as the cleanliness factor and will not be returning. Read more
Used to love the Spring Hill Dr location. Terrible experience today. I was one of over a dozen people in line. People behind the... counter were pleasant but incredibly slow. No sense of urgency at all. Then the manager comes out with an online order, pullsthe ONLY sandwich maker off to make those sandwiches. And she does nothing to help. Order online subs were ice cold when supposed to be toasted and i asked for mayo and got not mayo but was given a pound of... mustard which i don?t like. So thanks for making a pregnant lady cry and not be able to eat sandwiches. My boyfriendscheesesteak was dry and wrong toppings and was cold. We picked up 3 minutes after placing order so excuse for them to be cold. Ialso shouldn?t have to check my food before i leave. Read more
