Long wait. One kiosk broken. One soda machine broken. Completely out of salads. Substituted an old baked potato. One crew... member kept scratching their head then touching equipment and food items. Bathrooms filthy, out of paper towels, and toiletpaper. Will not return. Read more

Look how sloppy and barely anything on there. I had to literally look on there after I took a bite cause I felt like it was just... plain. Everytime I order from them online for delivery, they always miss something and or the sandwich looks like this. Read more

Meals were very good and had plenty of bacon on the bacon burgers. Ate inside for first time in long while. Tables and chairs... were clean. Very nice stop. Pleasant staff. Read more

I had a mobile order of a chicken BLT and chicken nuggets regular course I came home and ate the chicken nuggets after my... sandwich I didn't realize it but afterwards my mouth is on fire and I cannot handle spice I called the local Wendy's and left amessage and they offered to replace after I am already home. Some weeks back we ordered curbside. Sent the notice that we had arrived, but after half an hour passed, one of us went inside... to check out why we hadn't been brought out our food. It was sitting on the rack for pickup orders, now cold. It was brought tothe staffer at the register's attention, whom replied it "came through to us like that." The receipt on the bag said 'Curbside'with our model and color of car, and it was shown to him along with the fact the food had been sitting for so long, but all wegot in return was "is there anything else I can help you with?" instead of any semblance of an actual reply to the issue. Nooffer to remake the food, and no one appeared to be in charge, so we went home to find the food generally stiff andinedible. Seeing as Wendy's is far from the cheapest option out there, I promptly called their corporate number for a refund.They were helpful on the phone, and while they didn't offer a refund as requested, they did agree to send out courtesy cards toreplace the food with, which was fine. But, its been weeks and nothing ever arrived in the mail. Don't expect any customerservice from Wendy's, at any level. Read more

The new crew is nowhere near the caliber of the previous. The new crew has made more mistakes on my orders these past 2 months... or so, than the previous crew did in an entire year. And the previous crew had great attitudes. The new crew needs more lessonson customer service. I don't order anything unusual, nothing "personalized". How difficult is it to fill a basic order of " #1combo with a small coke and small fries"??? I usually receive a double cheeseburger, which is not a #1. What a waste of money,nearly every time now. Guess I'll have to switch to Taco Bell. Previous crew, you are missed very much!!!! Read more
