Dear Andy, This was my goodbye visit and im sad to say you left me to be unsatisfied. My banana split jackhammer was more so a... soupy milkshake. I don't know if your chocolate custard wasn't working for the day but it wasn't your delicious thick custard Iwas hoping for. I ate it anyway because it was my free one I earned from multiple visits. Andy's Frozen Custard is a fantastic chain. At times it may move slow, and then you look around and realize how many customers... are there, and you realize why it is moving slow. It's THE place to get a cold treat in Spring Hill. They actually give you afull portion and a good amount of toppings in each dish. Their rewards program is pretty great as well. Read more

I needed an ice cream fix one night and this was perfect. The drive through was quick and the girl was polite and went above and... beyond to get my order right. Read more

You will get fat here. Browse with caution. Their rotating menu is always on point! But best to plan to park and walk up.... Enjoy the outside because you'll be waiting in line a while if you drive. Read more

Tasty treats and obviously a loved local commodity. All the staff was very kind and the options for what you can partake in are... amazing. Staffing is currently an issue everywhere, but I have to ding one star for the 10 mins it took from them taking myorder to enjoying that first taste. Read more

We are frequent customers of Andy's. We've been loyal patrons for at least 5 years in Spring Hill, TN and have spent many... hundreds of dollars there. Among those purchases, we've bought many of the strawberry shortcakes, which our son loves. Webought one today, Saturday 7-22-22 @ 3:30pm and when they handed it to us I and my son noticed it was mostly cake with 2 smalldollops of custard. This is not the proportion we normally receive. I brought this up to the young man at the drive-up windowand he brought the dessert back inside, they added another small dollop and then he apologetically said he'd have to charge meextra. I said I didn't think it was right to charge me for a corrected order, so I asked to speak to the manager. The manageron duty came to the window and I explained the issue to her. She said "I've been here 6 years and they're always made likethat", essentially calling me a liar. The fact is in the last month alone we've ordered 5 or 6 of these and they all had morecustard in them. And last I heard this is a custard shop, not a cake shop. So then the 'manager' tells me she'll make me anotherthat will be exactly the same as the first one was before it was corrected and mid-sentence while I was talking to her sheforcefully throws the first short cake in the trash and leaves to go make the replacement. I was surprised by this 'manager's 'behavior, as well as that she did not apologize to me, that she did not treat me like a valued customer, that she in so manywords called me a liar, that she was argumentative and impolite with me (I was polite to both employees), and that she thoughtit best to throw away the corrected first shortcake in front of me and then punish me by making another one the same as theirfirst attempt. By the way, the young man at the window was very nice and well mannered throughout this. As a matter of fact, upuntil today every employee we've dealt over the years has always treated us nicely. Based on this experience I Read more

I don't know who would go here anymore as the 'custard' is usually more like soup. I used to go maybe 2-3x a month when it was... good, but the past 4 times I went, the custard was entirely melted by the time I got it, so I decided I wouldn't go for a fewmonths. Well, I decided to go back this past weekend to give it another try as it had been a while and brought my niece andnephew who both love all ice cream and it was just downright embarrassing. We ordered at the counter because I figured itwouldn't be as soupy as when driving through and again what we received was disgusting soup just liquid dripping off the spoon.Even my young niece and nephew, unprompted, said "this is disgusting ice cream." Yeah, I agree. Maybe if you didn't have 8people standing in the background "working" the drive-thru (really just talking to each other) and just one kid up front on thecounter, the product could be made and handed off in a reasonable time. Instead, I waited there, staring at my ice cream meltingon the counter while the kid at the register struggled to count change for 5 minutes for someone else. Then, the person who justpaid with cash got their order before me even though mine had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes by this point. Saveyour money, go to Culver's if you want something halfway decent. I'll never be back here unless i'm in the mood for inediblechocolate soup, which should be never. Read more

We love Andy?s, but recently our orders haven?t been mixed well. Treats that are supposed to have the strawberry?s mixed with... the custard are not, it?s just a blob of custard and a blob of strawberry?s and a dollop of chocolate on top. For a $6concoction I think you could take the time to at least mix it the way it?s supposed to be. Read more
