This Chipotle really is a rip off, they will rip you off on portions if you don't speak up! Most people won't say anything like... my teenage kid and will pay the price not knowing to just leave the product there. My kid literally got a steak burrito withextra steak and when I saw the burrito, it literally was slightly bigger than a LEMON! And the total for this burrito was$19.09!!! This store lacks integrity, there's no way in good faith should that store have charged her that, for that littleburrito which really didn't have extra meat! Tried calling the store and of course no one will answer the phone! Also, I took apicture for proof! SHAME ON YOU CHIPOTLE, DO BETTER STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! Read more

my fiancé picked up dinner for us and i ordered chicken tacos but my tacos had NO CHICKEN. it had just beans and like 3 pieces... of SHREDDED cheese. when i called the number, the first woman i spoke to never apologized and just told me she would be rightback. a few moments later i hear laughing in the background and the phone hangs up. i drove back to the restaurant to get myorder corrected, the woman i spoke to in person was very nice. thank you. I love Chipotle. But I really don't like this Chipotle. I've yet to have a meal here that was anywhere near as good as the one... in Cool Springs. 100% disappointment, every time. I've eaten here a half-dozen times over the last couple years, and each timeis a disappointment. Most recently, my "steak" burrito maybe had 3 tiny pieces of steak in it. I don't remember actually tastingany at all. My wife's "chicken" tacos were 95% sour cream and lettuce with a tiny sliver of meat at the bottom. The previoustime, the order of 3 tacos ended up with the meat placed between the tortillas, not inside them, so only 2 tacos worth of meat.An illustration, with tortillas being "V" and meat being "o": VoVoV Other times, as others have said, the burritos areundersized in other ways. Being stingy with meat is a given, but even cheap fillers like rice are given in tiny portions. Mostburritos are the size of a fist and full of lettuce compared to other locations where you get a nice filling forearm-sizedmeal. I had high hopes for this location and gave them the benefit of the doubt through their growing pains. But at this point,I'll just assume that the bad experience is part of their aesthetic, and I won't make the mistake of ordering from here again. If you want Chipotle, take the 15 extra minutes and go to Cool Springs. Honestly I waited 6 months to review this place. In fact I rarely leave bad reviews but in 6 months with lots of grace given and... lots of chances to get it right this location has failed again and again. The reviews don?t lie, this is one of the worstchipotle locations I?ve ever been to. I love chipotle so we have continually gone back but it?s always bad. Examples (rice isn?tcooked, portions are tiny, no line or salt in the guacamole, food is cold, service is atrocious. It?s all just of the poorestquality. I worked at chipotle in college and this is far from the standard. Here is my advice with this location, just don?t. Read more

First of all, I can't believe they took away Dairy Queen and put this in it's place. I LOVE Chipotle and this location is... terrible. It's been awful every time we've gone. I got the veggie bowl which comes with guacamole and my husband also mentionedit 3 times. Guess what? No guacamole. The fajita veggies were basically raw and the beans were underdone too. Plus, the chipsare greasy and stale. It's beyond annoying to spend money on food and it be garbage. I want a refund. Read more

I think the food is good for fast food but at this particular location I have always had to check that all my items are in the... bag before I leave because they ALWAYS leave something out. I understand once in a while or when it's very busy, but it'sconsistently happening. I have learned to open each item and make sure that the things that I wanted on or left off of ourburrito bowls are correct. We had one time that everything was wrong and they did good by redoing our entire order at no cost, but it was a hassle for us. I really hope that things get better because I love having a Chipotle in our neighborhood! Read more

I?d give it a zero if I could. Soooo I got chips they were stale gave them back they gave me another bag chips were still stale.... I did a delivery when I went to deliver the food fell through the bottom of the bag so I don?t know if the food was just too hotor they didn?t drain the beans or the rice but they either need different containers or different people that know how to packof the food and make it.I should also add that the rice was not cooked all the way as there were quite a few hard pieces in mybowl. I?ll stick with Moe?s! Read more

I see other reviews from this weekend (they?re grand opening weekend) And I am with you! I went and had the same exact... experience where they didn?t fill my bowl on my online order. Once I got home and discovered that I ran here first and saw Iwasn?t the only one rather than adding to it I am happy that we do have a chipotle and I decided I wanna take it up with themfirst. I reached out to the chat they need the situation sent feedback and refunded me for my entire order on Saturday. I didsubmit a new online order today and had a completely better experience. Hopefully management is now aware of how busy they wereon Saturday and will address that so they just close early rather than taking people?s money and giving them partial orders. Igive them a higher view because they didn?t make things right in on my second visit my bowl looked great. PS I?ve been waitingfor a chipotle for a long time to open up here hopefully that was one hurdle that they just and never repeats Read more
