Wish they could figure out which of the two stores in Spring Hill can accept our orders and get the pizzas delivered to us.

I have to say. I've been eating at this Domino's for years. It's always good. But whomever is working tonight 4/11/22 at 4pm... made the best food I've ever had from Domino's. Bread was perfect. There was more veggies and all was A++. Good job yall! Read more
Best pizza in spring hill for the carry out chains. This domino?s is a gem, if you want a good pizza they always have their 3... topping large for 7.99 which is amazing. Thanks to the staff and manager who runs this store like a Swiss watch. Read more
Pizza was burnt and not even cut, we literally picked up the entire pie and it stayed together. The Buffalo chicken bites were... also burnt and more like chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce drizzled on top lol It was a joke. No cheese. We order from thislocation and usually this is not how it is, but last night was awful. Huge waste of money. We ended up throwing away and gettingDon Arturo?s. The manager didn?t even seem to care when I called to ask if that was standard of cooking and service for when hewas managing. He ignored my question. He said all of 4 words. Hello, Thank you. Bye. I?ve had a really bad day, with everything that could go wrong, was. I ordered a pizza to cheer myself up, waited 45 minutes... around town for it to be ready, and go through the drive through and ? they forgot about me for about 15 minutes. Called in,they came back all sweetly, ready to help and it turns out the person who took my order, because I did have to call due to theirwebsite being down, didn?t even put my order in. I promptly started crying. It was just the straw on the camels back, youknow? So why did I give them five stars? They made it right. They were also having a really busy and kind of hard day. They arestill friendly and nice people and guess what? People make mistakes. I still adore this location. One oops is not the end forthese guys. They are nice and that, my friends, goes the longest way with me. Order this location, you will leave smiling evenif you?d been crying like me. Read more
If it was possible to give store negative stars I would. We ordered pizzas at 4:20 PM On Halloween. Expected it to take a little... longer and was told an hour. After not receiving pizzas at 6:20 pm, called again and was told they were the next order out thedoor. At 7:20 called again and was told that the store manager just delivered the order and left is sitting outside and theorder was closed. While on the phone we looked everywhere and the order had NOT been delivered. Then I was told I could complainto the corporate office and that the store was not going to do anymore. The manager never got on the phone. Left message fordistrict manager and still have not heard from him. 20 minutes after all this a delivery driver shows up and says he has ourorder. I told him we would not be paying for it and instead of giving it to us at no cost after the fiasco we went through, heleft. Never again Dominos and hopefully other people do the same. Read more
