I don?t know why everyone likes this place so much. My experience was awful. Friday morning. We waited 10 minutes before anyone... even came over to our table. We waited a bit for the food which wasn?t terribly long but when it?s came my omelette was stonecold, the butter wasn?t even melted on the toast. My kids French toast and waffle was ok but I think that?s just because theywere starving. The silverware had food stuck to it as well. The only saving grace was the manager took care of our bill and gaveus a gift card. This was nice but I honestly would have rather had good service and hot food. One of the best eateries in Springhill, wonderful tasty things across the menu. I particularly enjoy the Cobb salad, the ham and... Gruyere sandwich which is packed full of meat, and the steel cut oats. The candy bacon is a delicious but expensive treat. Read more

When arrived, we were told it would be up to an hour wait, but we were seated after about 15 mins and after ordering our food... came very quickly. Everything we ordered was very good and well thought out pairings of flavor. We ordered some mixed drinks aswell and those were great. My only ?complaint? is that the food was kind of pricey, but for the quality, I felt like it wasfair. Not something I would spend a ton of money on often, but was great. Read more

Jesse was our server and he was so great! So friendly and outgoing. We felt right at home here! We are here from out of town,... and visiting this restaurant was such a warm welcome. Highly recommend eating here. The menu looked so good I couldn?t evendecide what to eat! They even have healthy options for people who like health foods. Read more
Enjoyed our breakfast and attentive servers in this relaxed restaurant (Spring Hill, TN). I?d never had the... turkey/spinach/onion/feta egg white omelet and it was great! My husband enjoyed his Trifecta (choice of waffle or pancake,choice of meat, 2 eggs) which he usually orders. This location isn?t as crazy busy as the many Florida locations we?ve visited,which is a plus. Good country music playing mixed in with other genres, all calming fun songs. Highly recommend. Read more
