Went for the first time last night since the renovations and was so excited to eat in the new dining room, which is beautiful!... It was a special birthday for me and I was being treated. At 6 pm we couldn’t get a table inside for 3 which was confusingbecause there were open tables. They told us we could eat “outside” in the enclosed area. It was horrible!!! Very muggy withno air circulation. There seemed to be a lot of kids in this area. One child was out of control with shrill screaming. We justwanted a nice dinner with a pretty atmosphere. The food was delicious and as good as it always was but I will NEVER eat in thatarea again. It certainly would have been better to wait for a table inside. Went here for lunch. Everything was good. Red lentil soup and a lamb gyro.
Expensive but delicious large portions. Service was attentive. Ate here with several friends on the recommendation of a friend... who owns a popular established Italian restaurant in another city, and no one was disappointed with their choice of meal! Read more
Food is excellent 97% of the time. Service is good 75% of the time. Last night was great food but horrific service that was... also unfriendly. That's not what Im paying for when I'm dining. That really dampens my experience when the service is thatbad. And it was from an experienced server I've had before, and she was horrible the other time I had her too. Read more
Food was amazing in quality and taste. As well as the outside atmosphere. Unfortunately I could not give this establishment a... five star. My Spanish speaking friends noticed some of the staff gossiping about the clientele in a rather crude fashion. Theyassumed we could not understand. Read more
This place was on my 'Go-to' place for a while. The falafel and calamari were cooked to perfection and were well... seasoned. However, the entree, in my opinion, lacked appropriate seasoning. The warm salad accompanying the crab cakes threwoff the taste of the entree as a combination. The 'Hot Greek Combo' also lacked seasoning, but the texture of the pastry wasreally good. My parents have been raving about this place for months now so for my dad's birthday we took him here tonight. The food was... delicious and our server, Sarah, was phenomenal. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the way the owner, Mary, treatedus. She was bothered that we requested another table to be added, because of our group for 11 would be sitting on top of eachother the way they set it up. Walking from the bathroom I overheard her talking rudely about my family. She continued staring usdown and waving her arms about us. She made us feel very uncomfortable being there. Mary you are lucky you have a great chef andincredible staff because you are awful. Read more
