Waitress acted like this place was straight from heaven when I don?t feel it?s even close. My steak was cooked decently but was... chewy af. The steak knives themselves are so dull you might as well not even use it. The chef has no idea how to candy carrots, not at all cooked. Most of the people at my table had the same issues. Also for four people they serve a single small loaf ofbread with no butter or dip of any kinda or even a knife to cut it. Overall a huge waste of money, over priced by far for whatyou get. Read more

This was a wonderful place to dine. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic. The atmosphere is... upscale and has a speakeasy vibe. The prices are pretty high, but for a fine dining establishment, that is to be expected. Theportions were surprisingly large, compared to what you would find at an fine dining restaurant in large cities, so youdefinitely won't leave hungry. The reservations are very hard to get, but if you can manage it, I would highly recommend givingFinn's a try. Read more

My husband and I dined at Finn?s for the first time tonight to celebrate our anniversary. It was sooo good! For starters my... husband ordered the French Onion Soup and we split an order of the Onion Rings. The tomato jam with the onion rings was sounique and very tasty. For our meals I ordered the 6oz Filet (pictured) and my husband ordered the Sirloin (I forgot how manyounces). Both were prepared just the way we ordered and with the sauces we ordered (I ordered bernaise and he ordered thewhiskey one). Then we split an order of the Finn?s Frittes. Wow! Those were delicious! To drink I had a glass of moscato and hehad the weekly specialty drink. We were too stuffed for dessert but later I had wished we ordered something to go. Our server,Anna, was the best though! I mean, she was so delightful and attentive and made us laugh several times. We will definitely beback there again to celebrate special occasions. So happy we have a good, quality fine dining restaurant in the area!! Seriouslygood! Read more

best fine dinning experiences in the area. Service was excellent and the decor is stunning. Very nice restaurant for a... romantic date night. The food was amazing!!! We got the steak crostini for an appetizer. My husband got a sirloin with Brusselsand I got the spring scallops with truffle mac and cheese. It was phenomenal. Best meal we had while in the Grand Haven area.Be prepared to spend some money. Prices are expensive but well worth it! Get the spring scallops when you go! Won't bedisappointed. Read more

Where to begin. We came here for our anniversary and from the moment we walked in the door, this place was a wonderful... experience; everyone on staff was so friendly, the food was incredible (hands down the best steak I?ve ever had), drinks weredelicious (the Off the Shoulder was incredible), and the portions are far more generous than most steakhouses that will make youpay a fortune for a nugget of a portion. Finally, if you come here for dinner, ask for Josh! He was so fun and brought so muchenergy and personality to the table and had excellent suggestions. We have had Finn?s on our list to try for some time and I?mso glad we finally made it in to give it a try ??Thank you for this wonderful dining experience, I?m looking forward to our nextvisit! 10/10 recommend. I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 simply because there were so many things that they did not have on the drink and food menus.... Pretty much that is how our waitress started the conversation. The hostess had zero personality, but the waitress more than madeup for it. In our group of 6, we had the filet, prime rib and scallops. For appetizers, we had the steak bruschetta (amazing),cranberry baked brie and the fig and burrata crostinis. For sides, we had the mushrooms and the Brussels and Bacon (excellent). We also had their specialty truffle baked potato (average). We tried their soup and no one in our group cared for it. It wasserved not very hot, and was very fishy by smell and taste. The entrees were exellent. I had the 10oz filet and it was cookedperfectly. I also tasted the prime rib and it was so perfect that I will have to go back for it. My steak was a bit cold whenserved, but still tasted great. Not sure I would rate it as the best steak I have had, but definitely in the top 5. Theatmosphere was very nice, and we would definitely go back. It would be nice if they listed a phone number to call and make areservation rather than just do it online. Read more

I have to rate this and tell u the good first. Save room for dessert. My chocolate cake was awesome the key lime tart was... delicious too. I got the Chardonnay and it was spot on. The decor was cute and like a modern speak easy all gold and black. Itwas super cute with a bar on one side and on the other side tables and 1/2 round booths. I got the filet steak and it wasdelicious!!! I got the side Gorgonzola Bechamel sauce on my steak and it was amazing. It came on the side and I could not stopdipping stuff in it. My friend got the bacon jam butter and it was not worth getting. It was cold and we could taste adifference between that and normal butter and she paid $5 for it. The Brussels were good and plenty for 2 people. They seem tobeen all over the board on serving size. I got the wedge salad that was delicious but was half a head of lettuce cut in 2. Ishared it with another person. But the gratin potatoes was a small serving, definitely not family style portion, and noflavor. The service was decent. Honestly not up to par for what you paid. We got little attention. Had to ask for another set ofsilverware, missed a steak sauce, didn?t ask us until we were done with dinner how it was. Another staff member served our foodand just gave us our food and left. I know there is hiring issues but that?s service I?d expect at a restaurant i pay $20 fordinner? not $60. I?d go back. The food was good? their chocolate cake is still on my mind. Read more
