Me and my girlfriend have been coming here a few times a week for several months. Ever since they hired new people this place... has lost its touch. We were patient bc we know people need training and time to get into the swing of things. But now ourpatience is wearing thin. Our bowls are half the amount we typically get but yet the same price, the orders are wrong and haveto be remade often, I?ve found a hair in my bowl last week, the base lately is practically water most of the time so my fruitsinks to the bottom before my first bite. Just now they set my order down without letting me know it was ready and it meltedwhile the bananas turned brown. They ran out of base. So, on top of waiting over 30 mins for a fruit bowl I have to wait another10 just for her to make the base itself. She never apologized, and laughed at the entire situation with her coworker. There hasnever been any accommodations for any of these inconveniences. Customer service has dropped, quality/value product has dropped,and my taste to look for other fruit places has increased. We purposely drive out of our way to come here bc we truly liked ithere before. This is disappointing. Read more

I?ve had Fruttabowl before but I?ve never actually visited this particular location. The young lady that helped me was super... friendly from the moment I walked in and very helpful. I had so many random questions and she just rolled with it. Then I askedhow the location did during quarantine and found out that this young lady was the owner! She donated platters during thequarantine and people soon began to order them to donate as well to EMS workers and hospitals. I wanted to take a moment tothank her and wish her and her business good fortune! Read more
There are a couple of reasons I really love Frutta. One, you can buy a smaller size. Two, they don't add sugar to their bases... and they post the nutritional information on the website, which I really appreciate. Everything is fresh and delicious. Butthe biggest reason is that the staff is wonderful. It comes from the top, the managers, Casey & Andrea, are just genuinely kindand friendly, yet professional. They keep me and my kids coming back, pretty much everyday! I highly recommend! Read more
The smoothies and bowls are delicious! My only problem is the prices. I got a small bowl and it was $9.00 then got a small... smoothie and it was $8.00. But atleast they give a lot. But yeah that's my only complaint. Read more
