I've been here twice and loved the food. Honestly, better than *hitpotle. Disregard the Karen reviews and try it for yourself.

Had a really good bowl. The guacamole and queso made the dish. Will be back for more!

The staff was super cool they made me a fresh batch of tofusada no problem, nice n chill n quick cuz they?re not too busy or... anything but like??.. just go to chipotle lol you?ll thank yourself, not tryna rag on them but why would you come here when youcould get way better. Wasn?t the worst thing in the world but also wasn?t really that great, the guac was really good tho anddefinitely worth the extra they gave me a like a Lot when I ordered it on the side which it definitely cool took home cuz it wasbanging but the tofu marinate was no bueno I threw the rest of the bowl out, to be fair I don?t like chipotle?s tofu that mucheither but there?s is also organic n everything which is cool, this place didn?t seem as organic n sourced as good as chipotlebut at least it wasn?t Taco Bell or anything ya know- tofu is on the softer side which I don?t mind but if that?s not your thingjust go for veggies and extra beans I liked the veggies and they didn?t charge extra for them I don?t think n I?m pretty sure atchipotle they wouldve charged as double meat. When it comes to fast casual Mexican themed restaurants, Pancheros reigns as king in my opinion. The main reason for that... is..... the tortillas. They fresh press and heat your tortillas upon ordering and it makes for a better flavor and experience. Iwould also say that their protein selections actually vary in flavor profile as opposed to another popular fast casual Mexicanchain which I feel uses the same seasoning for everything. Read more

Used to love this place. Ordered on a birthday yesterday and upon delivery around 7pm one of the 5 meals ordered were completely... missing. We called to explain the issue and Pancheros manager first told us there was nothing they could do and did not evenoffer a monetary refund. After about 5 minutes the store manager hung up on us and then refused to answer the phone uponmultiple call backs. At this point I had enough so we drove 20 minutes to the restaurant to figure this and sort this out, andupon arriving around 7:30pm (the store should be open until 8pm) the front door was locked, the lights were off, and you couldstill see employees in the back of the restaurant hanging out in the kitchen. They refused to come talk to us, or open the doorand we never had this resolved. It ruined someone?s birthday and I will never trust this place with anything again. The Managershould be fired, and the customer service they offered was one of the most immature and irresponsible things I have seen in awhile. Awesome and flavorful! Decent portion sizes and my food was nice and hot still even by the time I got home with it! They also... mix the burrito ingredients together so that you aren't getting a mouthful of one ingredient, unlike some places lol. Waybetter than Chipotle. The staff here was friendly too. Read more

Whenever I go to Pancheros it is never crowded and the service is always very fast and efficient. I ordered pickup today and it... was ready within 5 minutes of me ordering it. It was a little cold however it tasted very fresh and well cooked. Love the insideof the place as well, always clean and decorated so nicely. Overall I would reccommend the food and atmosphere to anyone wholikes good, inexpensive Mexican food. Read more

I have always been kinda iffy about it here because i always thought the flavor seriously lacked. The best thing they have is... their queso which is actually quite good. However the portions are small and dull. Had my mom pick up takeout for me and my bowlis absolutely pathetic. Read more
