Tips for ordering at the self-serve touch screen kiosk: 1. When you are ready to place the order and are prompted to take a... pager, there are no pagers. Select the option to skip and have your name called at the counter instead. 2. The order willtime-out and start over if you look away for more than a minute or two. Keep an eye on the screen. 3. If you ordered a drink,take the appropriate cup stacked right in front of you at the kiosk. (I didn't realize at first lol) This was based on ourexperience at this particular Panera. Today I got the Strawberry Fields salad with chicken. It looks disgusting. Chicken I hardly in it and what is looks gross and... slimy. Also, after I got partial refund on Door Dash, I found a blue rubber glove tip in there too.???? Can't make this up. Read more

Today was pretty disappointing... Having no issues with self ordering, i sat and ate my meal. At the end. I decided to buy a... cookie for the road... after standing at the order counter for a couple of minutes, having 2 employees come to the register infront of me and ignore my presence and a group of 3 or 4 employees 20 feet away having a conversation... I felt my money couldbe spent better elsewhere... Of course i have no idea what was going on with the business and the reasons for all thatoccurred... Just sharing the experience I encountered... This place has to be brand new! Beautiful design, spacious and comfortable, great location with plenty of parking. Super... friendly service, great Panera food and coffee. This is one of my new favorite co-working spaces on the go. Read more
Customer service has been good but it the food has never been great. We?ve tried multiple times and either Panera has really... changed the quality of their ingredients or their recipes or this location does not follow standards. The sandwiches are barelyfilled & not properly made. I?ve been to multiple Panera?s and this by far is the worst one. Read more
