Super clean! Friendly staff, great food and quick service. Everything I look for in a restaurant and all the boxes were ticked.... The food is what I expect to come from a IHOP and did not disappoint. Even while the parking lot looked semi full, I was stillable to be seated in under 5 minutes. Hit or miss on the amount of time from sitting down to getting food to paying the bill. More often than not, this place is quick... and delicious. On occasion, the food takes 30 min to get to your table but once it's there it's delish. Read more

No matter what time I come, the staff is always very attentive and the food has been great. I normally get an OJ, black coffee,... a water, scrambled eggs, and a sausage and gravy biscuit. I've been here three times and it's perfect for someone like me. Read more
