It?s clear this location still has many kinks to work out. Drive thru line is incredibly slow and improperly managed to the... point of utter chaos; be sure to check your order before leaving because they usually get it wrong, and as a fun bonus you mightbe stuck waiting in the drive thru line after you receive your food (yay, cold food) because the drive thru is such a completeand total clusterf*ck. Another downside is this location lacks curbside pickup, even though they have plenty of spots for it. Ifeel like if they aren?t going to have curbside pickup, they should designate one lane for order pickups and the other forordering. Another negative is that the app doesn?t allow for the types of customizations that are available for other locations(i.e., Grossmont). This location is nearly next door to me, but until they improve things, I?ll be going to Grossmont. It sucksbecause I was really excited for this location to open up. Read more
I haven't eaten from Chick-fil-A since 2016. Now I have purchased for my family but I haven't eaten a meal there in a long... time. This time me and a friend made a new meeting place! This joint recently opened up. The place was clean. I ordered aSpicy Grilled Chicken Sandwhich with Pepper Jack Cheese along with half tea and half Lemonade drink. My choice of sauce wasGarden Ranch and Honey mustard. They also gave me Cilanto Lime. The grilled chicken burger was amazing. It wasn't greasy andafterwards I said, wow! What a clean healthy meal! I can always count on perfectly cooked chicken and the best lemonade anywhere. We went at lunchtime and they were super busy,... with 2 drivethru lines. But they had the staff to make those lines move through quickly. Great job. Read more
Food is good as Chic Fil a always is, but their drive through is the slowest I've ever experienced. I would get my food quicker... at a sit down restaurant. Will never make this mistake again. Read more
Drive though experience was way too slow. There was no line inside so I should have taken that option. Drove away and realized... that they made a mistake on my order. Seems better organization and communication is needed in the drive thru. Read more
6-Aug-22 review somehow 2 of 4 sandwiches missing tomatoes. Took video of employees behind the counter all over the... places?. Not offering Military discount policy as a market explained to me by the Boss Lady herself Miss Amber. Hopefullycorporate change the policy. Otherwise amazing service. Read more
