Jack down the street from my house pretty bomb, went for lunch with my sister and this particular Jack surprised me with tasty... meal and fast service, the food was fresh and friendly staff, the awesome drink machine wasn't working however they were makingdrinks not available on the machine from the drive thru machine which I really appreciate. For a Labor Day (Sunday) weekend it was quite busy. So I ordered my food earlier online which made my turn around pretty fast.... Unfortunately for the other patrons the ice machine in the lobby was empty and the soda was warm. Again it was quite busy so Iguess refilling the ice machine was not priority. But I could see that some of the customers were not too pleased. By orderingahead of time they prepped my order, so my drinks were cold and my burgers and fries were right off the grill and fryer. Serviceis fine, they just seem to be a bit under staffed. Read more
It's Jack in the box! Ha I mean what else is there to say!? You either like it or you don't. Staff is friendly and as quick as... they can be. And if they're not, cut them some slack. It's not like people are lining up to work fast food! Maybe say thanksnext time you're there! Read more
