After being sure that this place is completely terrible I try to give them another chance and what happens if I order Carna... aSada fries Drive in traffic all the way over there and all the way home about a 15 minute drive each way just to get home andfind out that they forgot to put meat and cheese and sour cream and guacamole on the fries! That?s right a huge plate of frenchfries, still the same lousy service as I remember, PS don?t come here because I?m never coming back as well. This place is garbage. Ordered a burrito and it was half guacamole and half meat. So split the burrito down the middle to see... what I am talking about. The meat of a Taco Bell burrito but 3 times the price. Read more
I liked to go here for the value and quality. Always knew I was getting a good meal at a fair price. Not any more. 12 dollars... for a burrito that was soggy. Come on sombrero, I understand price increase but you have to keep the quality up if you want meto come back. There are a lot of taco shops around, might be checking them out if you don't raise your game up. Read more
Food was good until I got to the rolled tacos. Found a hair in the rolled tacos. I can call and ask for a replacement, but is it... worth the drive? Hopefully the owner sees this review to up their safety and health measures. Good job Sombrero for losing acustomer. Read more
Food is good, but service leaves a lot to be desired. Got an email for some type of meal deal. Hungry I go to Sombreros. I show... the cashier I want this deal from the email look this one showing my phone. "Oh i cannot charge it correctly I cannot give youthe deal" Bummed out I just left with no meal deal and no food. You win some you lose some. No attempt was made to honor theemail deal. IN MY LINE OF WORK I ALWAYS DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. Great food but they rip you off horribly, they've raised their prices within the past year or so which is expected every so... often but they cut the portions in half as well, it's a little over $9 for a half order of carne asada fries and other tacoshops half orders are bigger than their full orders. Pretty pathetic! Read more
Ordered my burrito with no pico when I told them the lady said she didn?t hear me. But when I order the employees where having a... full conversation not paying attention. Wasted $15 and 20 minutes of my time. Will never go to another sombreros again. Goodthing your signs says you are closed on Mondays you should make it permanent with the employees that work in that branch. Read more
