Great Starbucks got all the things you?d expect from a Starbucks drive thru is a little confusing like which way do you go it?s... crazy it?s like I?m riding Indian Jones at Disneyland but hey that?s the adventure you wanna have when getting coffe I do atleast turn on the theme song and head thru that drive thru. I am very disappointed at this location because I frequent Starbucks a lot. I understand that there are Covid hours and that... there are often changes in open/closed lobbies and time changes. But this time 2/14/22 I?ve decided to get my last caffeine fixbefore I completed my errands for the night. I happened to be near this location and made my way to drive thru. After waiting 20mins in the drive thru line finally getting to the order speaker, I was told by the associate they were closed at 7pm and nolonger taking orders. It was 7:00 when I got to the order box. What?s more annoying is waiting in Drive thru line before theyclosed then pulling up to the window and told after waiting for so long unaware and time wasted. An employee should?ve steppedout an notified customers waiting in in Drive thru line . Mind you there were at least 3 other cars behind me waiting as well.It?s a disservice to your customers without properly informing them while or before they get to the window. And instead ofaccommodating the ones that waited patiently, you turned them away. To top that off, still no employee stepped out to informother waiting customers behind me, my Boyfriend had to step out and did the job for them before they wasted their time as well.Be more diligent when closing, informing customers in a timely manner via signage or someone out there telling them. I get it weall want to go home when out shift is over and you want to clock out. But this was more annoying than anything. Glad there?s anew one opening up just down the way I?ll be taking my business there instead. Read more

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! When I arrived their lobby is closed with a sign that says to mobile order. There was a crowd outside,... some of which were given drinks out the door. I ordered on the app which says to pickup at the counter, but after waiting 25minutes at the door, someone FINALLY came and told me we need to go through the drive-through?which was 20 cars backed up.Absolutely never again with this place! Nice clean place.allllways busy..order online if you can. They have curbside pockup as well. Baristas are very nice and pleasant... as well. They speak qnd say goodbye. Read more
