the amount of colorful language that I could reserve for this subway alone is astounding. How can someone mess up an order so... bad that they have to read from a piece of paper and STILL manage to give you the wrong sandwich. Tried to do both subs at once. Messed them both up. Then didn?t have cookies ready at 5pm aka dinner time. Veggies were wilted.... And the cookie machine was screeching in the background. Jersey mikes opened up next door and will be taking all of our futurebusiness. Read more
This Subway is for sure one of the best in San Diego. Employees are always kind and quick, not to mention puts good care into... the food. Even if there is an error with the food, they don't hesitate to correct it. It's also very handy as it stays open lateand is close to residential. Read more
It's 10:00 p.m at night, we ordered online, picking up from the store. I'm just letting the employees know that the sign outside... of the store is out, but she gives me attitude like saying why are you guys wondering if we are open or close. I would neverwant to face such a thing. Please educate your employees before putting them there to serve people. Read more
Well am over this SUBWAY location, this is the third time I receive bad order either 24APR22 five months since last review and... here we are same bad management and same issue with shortage of crew. Tomorrow robot manager sends an email saying he is takingcare of it. 23DEC21 crew issue or an overall issue either way kept giving them a chance and that was it. One of my favorite andmost visited Subway restaurant. Staff very friendly and welcoming, clean and recently the place was redone from the inside whichmakes it more appealing and inside eating is more welcoming. Read more
We moved here from south bay area. Have had many great experiences with location. Put yesterday afternoon we went in to order... (starving) it was a bit busy no usual We are very patient and waited our turn but as we were waiting we were watching one ofthe young men making sandwiches while he kept touching his Subway visor and he was sweating. And while touching the food keptcontinuing to touch his sweaty visor and his hair. I had hoped that we would let somebody go ahead of us and the other peoplethat work there would be able to take care of us but they ignored us. So we were completely turned off by this because we bothhave worked in the food industry and he should have excused himself Alf fixed his hat in the back washed his hands and put onnew gloves but he didn't do that. I digress I have never seen this man before so obviously he was new. But there are healthcodes and he was breaking all of them. My husband and I decided to leave I want to speak to the woman that was on duty on dutybut she was in the back and the other young man was still working with other people. If we see this young man we will walk outthe door because he doesn't have good hygiene habits. just gross Some of these people need some retraining. Very importantsuggestion we weren't the only ones that are going to notice this but maybe some people don't care but we definitely care. Liketo come back we were super happy before.
