Went to lunch after the Mystery Cave tour. Had four high-spirited kids with us and the two young men behind the counter were... absolutely wonderful as we deciphered what sandwiches our kids wanted. Very kind and professional! Will absolutely returnwhenever we go on the State Park trip! Read more
Being a local resident, I've visited this location many times. The staff are always friendly and the food always tastes and... appears fresh. I do have to knock it two stars however, as this location frequently doesn't participate in national promotions.I frequently pickup subway for dinner as it's tasty and affordable. While this is a franchise issue and not related to employeeinteraction or food quality I have intentionally bought the same food at other locations in the area primarily Rochester wherethe majority of local residents work; roughly 75% of the time due to the fact that I have usually been able to obtain asubstantial discount due to promotions etc. Signage on the door mentions tough decisions in the current climate regardingpromotions and coupons. Unfortunately those tough decisions have forced my business elsewhere more often than not and likelythis locations inability to generate adequate income lies in poor owner decision making and most certainly not on the staff orfood quality. Delicious!! Every time I go to this Subway, I get exactly what I want with the quality I desire. The bread is never stale, the... lettuce is always green, the onions are sweet, the tomatoes are never mushed and sloppy, and the cookies are warm and fresh!Absolutely the highest quality Subway I?ve been to in a very, very long time.
