Extremely Disappointed in this place as a golden place customer; I was craving some patties today and searched and found the... place, walked in and the two employees didn?t speak any English at all which nowadays isn?t an issue in mostly Hispaniccommunities but how do you expect Jamaican and others to order when the employees don?t even understand what you want toorder? It took me close to 15 mins to order 1 beef patty , 1 coco bread à limonade and a small cake! If this wasn?t badenough??they both had no idea what the prices were so now I?m standing here while they figure our prices ! (Mind you I?m tryingmy best to remain patient even while being in a rush). Finally she enters $6.85 in the calculator and since I really needed togo, I hand her my card and NOW she tells me cash only !!! The chef guy the black bald headed one, he has no manners, he's very disrespectful. Today the 11th of July I went in the... restaurant at around 6pm I just came from class and the bald headed guy ask me what I wanted and I say, I'm good I'm justlooking. He then said if I'm not buying anything I should leave, I was so shocked I just left without even putting him in hisplace, because I honestly was in a rush to catch a bus. "I love the food here"????????????This is not a fancy resturant, however my meal is always well cooked and tasty. I usually get... tilapia fried golden brown, sauteed spinach, homefried potatoes and scrambled eggs with chopped up onions and tomatoes in it. Mychoice of drink most of the time is a small coffee light and sweet. I get a mini special. It's less than 7 dollars and wellworth it. Seating is limited and parking is free.???????????????? The cornerstone of a business is it's customer service!!! The food here is amazing but I got to say for the first time I came... here I received terrible service from whom seem to be the cook or the owner. I was done eating after been served by one of theyoung ladies whom was very polite... After sitting for a few minutes, the person whom seem to be the boss came out and yelled atme saying are you going to buy something if not leave, I don't waste my time with stupidity so I didn't respond and the younglady express that I did buy something and he didn't apologise instead said well I just see you sitting here I didn't see youeating...
