The Planet Wings at Spring Valley On 2 South Central Avenue in Spring Valley, NY provided the absolutely worst experience I... have ever gotten for a food delivery service on Friday the 14th of October. My order took over 2 hours to deliver and I amonly 15 minutes away?!?!? Repeated calls asking for a status, the response I got was that "I live deep and we should not havetaken your order!" In reality the driver got completely lost and was unable to follow GPS. Every time I called I was told thedriver is making other deliveries and he is on his way There was not 1 apology. Instead apparently because I live 15 minutesaway which was defined as "living deep." Basically it was my fault they delivered late. The nachos order was not edible by thetime it was divered. anyone that orders from this location is rolling the dice on this one. Poor customer service, noaccountability and poor packaging. I ended up tossing the order. I don't recall giving a bad review but having to throw away a100 dollar order I think justifies the 1 star review. If I can give 0 stars I would. Read more
Ordered 6 meals for delivery which took more than one hour to arrive (contrary to the 45 mins they said). A soda was missing but... they still charged me for it, a very high prize for each meal. The wings were too small, they?re just the tip of the wings. Thedelivery guy asked to come to his car to get my food, which wouldn?t have been a problem if he didn?t park two streets away frommy apt. I ordered food for my cousin who is very sick. I live in Chicago. I ordered for delivery which is a $5 charge. Her friend went... to pick up the food because they said it would take 45 minutes and she was hungry. Planet Wings still charged my card thedelivery fee, even though they did not deliver the food. I spoke with the obnoxious store manager Anthony, who was flat outrude. He has no customer service skills at all. I will never buy from this store again and l will encourage my family andfriends not to eat there . They are robbing people to make a living, That?s what?s wrong with this world. People will dowhatever to get over on others, then when they go off they are considered the crazy one. He could have at least refunded half ofthe fee to show he had some type of customer service. Service is terrible and took really long to prepare the meal. The wings were very salty as well. Also, the chicken comes in a... stryrofoam box but the cook didn't shake the excess oil off so the stytrofoam box melted on my chicken. Terrible experience. Read more
Cashier was noticeably high on some kind of opiate and couldn't take my order despite me repeating it three times. Needless to... say I received the wrong food. I'll never go to a Planet Wings franchise again. Read more
