Restaurant was very busy. We waited just a few minutes for a table. My friend ordered a drink that the bartender had never heard... of. Regardless, she was still able to make it. Food was good, service was alright. Second time we went. First time we waited 15 minutes for a server and ended up leaving since... no seemed to want to wait us. This time we were waited on but when it came time to pay they disappeared. Waited 10-15 minutesbefore looking for them and found them chatting in a corner. Pretty bad when your order something an they serve it up raw. Ended up with an empty side of the table and a messed up stomach.... Server was cool though, only reason for the 2 stars otherwise it would of been a 1 star. Get better cooks. Read more
Last two experiences have been very disappointing. I ordered delivery and only got one of the three meals ordered. I had to... drive to the store and pick up after paying the service fee and tip for delivery. And the last order I ended up cancelingbecause they lost one of the meals I ordered. They wanted me to wait for a new one to be made while my other meals sat theregetting cold. And on top of that, I had already waited almost 30 minutes past the time the order was supposed to have been readyfor pickup. Quite honestly, I will probably not go back to this location. Read more
Whether it was indicative of this particular location, or all Applebee's in general, the food just wasn't good. Breadstick was... overcooked and flavorless. The chicken was either over fried, or really old oil was used, and the bacon had almost no hint offlavor at all. I'd have blamed covid and the "can't smell or taste" symptom, however, the only thing that had any sort of tastewas the glass of mountain dew. I'm leaning towards Applebee's in general as my experience at the Middletown location wassimilar: just mediocre and bland. A shame really as I used to love the fiesta lime chicken. Read more
Food was good, and the service was also. Quick in and out for lunch.
Ordered soup as an appetizer, but it came after the main course lol. Wife's steak was ordered rare, but came med well. To their... credit they took the soup and steak off the bill. My Bourbon st chicken/shrimp was excellent. Luna our server was so great! Read more
