Placed order on web site. When wife got there, they said they didn't know anything about it. 30 min later they had found it and... processed it. Wings had very little sauce and very small. Stopped in to pick up an order today noticed alot of smiling, happy, young workers. Manager was present and helping employees... out where needed. Business appeared to be well staffed and running smoothly! Order was fresh and accurate. Super polite guyhelped and it was overall a great experience! Thanks! Read more
We messed up and didn't pay for our order because of a website glitch. Pizzas were on the pickup rack so I grabbed them assuming... they were paid for. Came in the next day to pay but they explained that we couldn't and to not worry about it. Figured I couldrepay by adding a good review. They do a great job anyway. Read more
Let me preface, I love Domino's. They always seem to be able to deliver late, and in your area when no one else is open - or... able. However, this time, I needed to leave a review. This location seems to have a terrible problem with quality control.Ironic, because if you are watching your order being made online, each ticket goes through a "quality check". If you view theincluded pictures, our pizza was totally off. We ordered a standard pizza with tomato sauce, meats, banana peppers, and blackolives. Unfortunately, that is not the pizza we received. We discovered the pizza was a half and half order (one side appearsto be topped with shredded cheddar?) with BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce. Also, our sub had no garlic butter added to thebread, and the cheesy bread was drier than any we have had before. It was very late and close to their close time - so we didnot call and complain. My main point with this review - if the online ordering system states that your order is undergoing a"quality check" - what exactly happens during this state if someone else's pizza is thrown into your ordered box? The pizza? Wefigured we would try the pizza, even though it was clearly not what we ordered, each took one bite, realized it had BBQ sauce -and made a new home for it. In the trash. Read more
