We left tip on table. As we were driving out the waitress and a guy came running out. Said she accidentally put $16 as tip and... manager will fix tomorrow. Yeah she doubled our bill!!! Online charged for 2 orders instead of one.. Called to correct the problem and they said oh well it was already paid for and... they wouldn't fix it. The time before, they messed up our food and wouldn't refund it. To top it off, they messed up my food. Read more
Got the order wrong twice. No apologizes and attempt to compensate for the additional wait. Waitress blamed it on the cooks.... Lost my business for the chain. Keep your comments about customers to the back where patrons can?t hear. Some of us arebilingual. Read more
I just stopped in after work for a few(3) beers. Not sure who was working the bar but, there were multiple people coming and... going. When I wore my first bag of beer they brought me salsa and chips. When I ordered the second mug I requested a refill onthe salsa and chips and the waitress became very rude and aggressive and told me and broken English I think she said I needed topay for it. I ordered my third beer in the female waitress became very obnoxious and offensive. I finished quickly and upon myexit from the restaurant the waitress followed me out because I refuse to tip her and became so aggressive to the point I toldher to get away that I was going to call the police. Guarantee I will never enter another El Toro restaurant employees are toviolent. Read more
We did carry out tonight and it wasn?t a good experience. When we tried to phone in the order, three tries and no answer. The... staff was rude and screwed up our order. The chips were burnt and a chicken fajita salad should have chicken, or Fajita veggiesor the bowl that the menu states. Lettuce, beans and rice does not make a fajita salad. The website said 10% off for carry outorders - had to ask for that, but may have been double billed. We?ll wait to see if that clears. Overall a bad experience. Donot go there! There is much better Mexican elsewhere. Read more
I should have known something was amiss when at 4:20 pm there was no cars in the parking lot. I?ll never go to this place again.... First of all my cup was dirty and the waiter acted mad that I asked for a new one. My burrito sauce tastes exactly likespaghetti sauce, the flour tortilla was mushy and it was filled with hamburger only. I tasted the sauce and that was it. Mygranddaughter had fries, had I of ordered fries this would be a good review. Oh and we felt that we were a bother to the staff.Like they didn?t want much to do with us, they stood off talking and staring. Don?t go!! Service was great - prompt and attentive. Margarita was good. Food just wasn't 5 star worthy though. Can tell it's a pretty good... sized chain at this point, just lacks a certain authenticity. Would still go back some time, not in any rush though ???? Read more
Our server so little English she didn't get my order at all. Everyone's food came and I had nothing. My husband has an allergy... and we were not confident the server captured it. We had to get another staff member for translation. Please don't put people onthe front lines that create a language barrier for your guests. Read more
